Hi all
At my firm we are looking in to optimizing how we determine the essential design outputs which should be design transferred and be subject for process validation and continuous monitoring in production.
We have a good Design input/output treceability matrix but we always struggling how to determine which of these outputs should be design transferred as "Essential". I mean the outputs consists of e.g many drawings with a lot of specifications but not all of these specifications are essential meaning that not all specifications should be subject for process validation etc.
The next thing is how to document these "essential" specifications - in a separate document, column in the matrix or other?
How do you handled this process in your systems?
All input are appreciated - thank you
