Thread: New Heavy Bag

What are peoples recommendations on heavy bags. I am new to the sport have no idea of the benefits of different materials etc. just looking for a decent bag to work with

If you need an inexpensive but durable punching bag, then it's best to buy yourself a bag with sand. As far as I know, they are not so expensive, and they show themselves perfectly. I'm telling you this, as a person who has been boxing for about five years. I actively competed in various competitions before, but then I got a head injury, and now I have left this sport because I can only aggravate my health, and I don't want that. It's good that the headaches have already passed. Otherwise, I would probably go crazy. So my backpack was stolen recently, and there were documents and money there. But it's good that I came across a website where I bought a new backpack for myself. But you can't return the money...
