Oh, I completely understand your problem. I have also been looking for a long time where you can buy good vaping cartridges. And the device itself wanted to update. I recently found a store where you can find THC vape pen. I liked their service. Maybe it will be useful for you too.
However, considering that you live in Europe, have you tried to go to Amsterdam? It seemed to me that it was legalized there and it would be possible to buy some goods. Or at least try it.
