Default The body feels heaviness, numbness, tension, tension, stiffness, weakness, stiffness-headache-pain

    Hi, everybody,
I am a man, and I am 23 years old. Below is a detailed list of symptoms of my undiagnosed illness. If anyone has heard of any similar disease, please let me know! I hate living like this! This undiagnosed illness forced me to drop out of all my college classes. It also prevented me from doing what I love, such as playing football, basketball and lifting weights. As a result, I spend the whole day lying in bed, because I can't do anything except rest, which does not even look like a full and refreshing rest, because it hurts me very much. I have seen almost all types of doctors and conducted several body examinations, and the end result is always that there is nothing physically wrong with me. Please help me! Thanks!
    Symptoms:
    - A dull headache, similar to a ribbon of tension, between the eyebrows, around the entire forehead and on the hairline. Sometimes I also experience occasional sharp pains around my head. The more I focus on something (electronics, books, moving people or cars) and move my head and eyes around, the stronger this pain becomes.
    - Eye pain: Dull pain in the upper and back of the eyes. In addition, my eyes constantly feel as if they have been over-processed. I have a feeling that my eyes are straining. Sometimes I feel like my eyes are burning. The more I focus on something (electronics, books, moving people or cars) and move my head and eyes around, the stronger this pain becomes.

Have you consulted a doctor with this problem?

In fact, these signs can be symptoms of many health problems.

In fact, these signs can be symptoms of many health problems. But most likely at your age, this is a consequence of nervous stress and improper lifestyle. I ran into this problem too when I wrote my dissertation and worked at night. As a result, my body was exhausted, and I got a metabolic failure. My hair started to fall out, and I gained excess weight. Indeed, it happened to me very quickly, but it took 2 times more time to rehabilitate. I even turned to one of the programs on xcellr8.health that helped me normalize the testosterone level and return my old strength.
