If it checks the history, why would I download it when I want to watch more movies without blocking, for example. I use this VPN, but it is specifically for netflix, there are even a few VPNs that you can just pick up for yourself on the service http://netflix-vpn.com using spam and an ad blocker. This is convenient, because if you don't like one, then you can choose another, they are all the same in essence, and more GB is given for downloading and archiving media.
