Default REFUND FROM THE 3% PLAN

    Hi All;

I was told by email from "Tiffany" ([email protected]) that for your refund from the 3% Plan you must follow these directions:

"...log onto our website at https://www.dbrsynergistic.com and log on to your account by entering your username and password Click on the Transactions tab Click on Edit (far right) Type username (PICPAY) Click on Submit." "This is all the information we need; PIPS will do the rest."

There was no mention of a time frame so follow the instructions and wait.

May God continue to BLESS US ALL :D :D

Its about time someone at p:ps made a statement about all the pools. Its rediculous that they are not allowed but nothing official has been said. One wonders if dbrs had not gone to malaysia would any of us know? It was all in the newsletter that was almost done but disappeared.

It adds more issues for members when noone knows what will have to close, what might be allowed in both 2 and 3% pools. I assume other groups accounts are still running and growing like nothing happened. All very weird.

The time frame I last heard was to have all info to picpay early July and then it up to picpay when they get around to doing the transfers. Another wait and see I suppose noone can put a timetable to when picpay will do there part.

As a participant of the now defunt 3% DBR program I ve been following the whole process and as many other I have to admit that I am far from being impressed.
First, we witnessed the excitment and rush to make sure we belong to what appeared to be an exciting program. Many wanted to diversify their portfolio and most of us trusted the strategy offered by DBR under the umbrella of PIPS. From the needed 1 Mil, they finally raised 3.5 Mil and declared it closed. With no firm date to start the program they then holded the funds to be able to enter using PIPS own bank. Time was going by and we all know that time is money....they then choose to give us the option of a modified plan to at least receive dividend until the 3% program got approved and organize and running.
From that point we all went from deception to more deception ... First came the intervention of the US autorities with the C'&D's on DBR. Then, after a crucial trip to KL by DBR executives that was supposed to be the turning point for all of us, a bombshell from PIPS managment and the cancellation of the whole thing citing a vague legal team's recomendation (coincidentaly almost together with the closing of the forum)
That added by a rather arbitrary decision by PIPS managment to just refund the initial amount regardless of the period of retention of the funds ( 3.5 mil X 5 months)... with no payment of any interest. To add to the frustration the proposed reimbursment trough the already congested PICPAY with no comittment on a time frame

I would like to stay positive and look at the big picture. I would also like to beleive that trough those real challenging times PIPS is there to stay and that after all of the dificulties we will all prevail, but I have to admitt that taking into consideration the latest development specially the draging of withdrawals situation, the abscence of any important recent news from managment and the sudain darkness brought upon us by the closure of the forum those are real scary times.
To add to that bleak picture NOT a single update from Thumper, since the closure of the forum. I don't understand why DBR (having it's own re-designed web-site) is not following on instructions as the step to take to get our funds return to us. I sure hope that they did not leave KL without some kind of comittment or assurance on a prompt repayments to members

Even the links to support at DBR or Thumper himself aren't activated.

Again with the absence of a valuable tool as the forum was, all of us are left in the dark and yes... we are the laughingstock of many, even coming from true Pipster's that never quite beleived in the program in the 3% program in first place.
I hope that behind the scene things are being arranged and organized to respond to the expectation of the 3,500 or so participants that untrusted DBR and that we will be receiving our funds sooner then later to at least forget that unfortunate experience and focus on the upcoming evolution and challenges of PIPS behind the whelm of Bryan.

I did what she said. The submit button was grayed out. It did not work.

Default PIPS timeline is out of the control of DBR

My info is that the picpay names and amounts will go to PIPS in early July... and as far as I know, there is no commitment or communication from GN or BM about the timeline. The directive on what would happen was given to DBR by PIPS. There were no negotiations....

I am confident that the refunds will happen... and we need to go on ... and then we'll be pleasantly surprised when they show up!

    Cresus,

There should be nothing for you to be scared about. If you over committed yourself...then a lesson learned. Your funds will be returned, you are dealing with honourable people. Perhaps reading a couple of 'Raharni' posts in this forum will help with a deeper understanding.

    Default 2%

allow us to have the money grow and then withdraw as if we had invested individually...not as a pool,, therefore pips can redeem the money from the 4 million asd a business, and we would not have had our money lost for the months invested in the 2%..sounds logical to me
