Does anyone know if you can pay the 10% to PipsTrust out of PicPay. Also, do they pay second mortgates??

PicRealty is the company that pays mortgage payments. The 10% for the PicRealty program can be paid from PicPay.

This is for Westcliff :) ...as I believe, tbenteley did, anyway, the first question is known, Yes, with PicPay of course but on the second q'n, yes also....on the condition that your first mortgage is completed and owned by you and until you can prove that you are no longer the owner resulting from a resale and being completed at that, can you then submit a new mortgage for application.
Pretty simple situation really. Happy hunting ...for yr next home and goodluck too! :D
