I think it was 1282 yesterday.

The IMF has set a date of March 22 for the CBI to bring the dinar rate to 1260. I think we will see a slow drop to 1260 from now until 22th of March,
The SBA expires and i doubt that IMF will extend anything with the SBA.

So end of March things will hopefully heat up!

I appreciate that it might not revalue until all the laws have been enacted, hopefully the HCL wont take that long, I assume that the FIL will be enacted at the same time (passed back in October), there arent any more laws to pass that we dont know about . Also whatever happened to that 10,000 dinar that every Iraqi was supposed to get months ago- also did those displaced people get their 100,000 dinar the other day.

Well, the 1260 was just a recommendation, but with the auctions we have seen for the past months, it becomes clearly that CBI will follow these recommendations until March 22.

Why we got excited before was that we didnt really think they would follow the recommendations, and that they had to RV, and articles stated that it would happen really soon, thats why we all got carrried away.
