From what I have been able to gather, the hosting company that provides services to HA lotto is located in a state that has a Ceast and Desist order against PIPS. Therefore, the hosting company cannot provide services to Bryan because of this order or they would be breaking the law.

It really is simple as that, not the explanation that Bryan has given that someone at TG or even here had anything to do with it.

Bryan should have done his homework.

Well if that is the case, then I guess what has happened is bad but justified

Agreed. If this is the case, then it is settled. Time to move to a host that can handle international traffic.

What can I say , one would expect that Bryan would cross all t's and dot all i's before starting a business in general and in the present conjucture in special. If the legal coverage of the previous business was the same superficial, no wonder why all the problems. I have to admit that am dissapointed about Bryan blaiming others again for the present problem.

I doubt anyone thought for a second that you would say otherwise...

everwiser,

Thank you for the comment, I take it as a compliment. There is a specific word in my post that you probably, beeing everwiser, didn't miss it. I said "I am dissapointed", not "I was sure". This implies that I still have trust in Bryan, but I am disapointed about the way he just handled the things. It's obviously his performance was very poor. Maybe if you and the cheearleaders will be critical when Bryan is wrongdoing, something positive will come out of this.

I thought the C+D was in regards to the "promotion" of any business (PIPs) that sells unlicensed securities. So the C+D refers to "promoting" . I think there is another explanation for this. More than likely the host just isn't taking any chances.

Or something more..........

Way2go, I am disappointed as well, with many things, but that doesn't justify active destruction and deception..............

There surely must be some kind of legal recourse against these people, harassment or even stalking seems a mild start. Any lawyers in the house? I know that "an eye for an eye" is probably bad karma, but does anyone know of a figurehead of any sort with these groups that might benefit from some of the same treatment in return?
