Thread: got my 3 million dong today!

Just received my mil. in Dong today from Ali! Thanks, ALI!!! Pretty cool looking currency.

I ordered 1million VND yesterday and picked it up today. It was done through a currency exchange. I phoned them and only had to give my first name and phone number. No deposit. It is 10 minutes from my place. No questions asked. I paid $96.50AUD which is $80USD but of course no delivery charges. I received 20x50.000, not new but in excellent condition.

I recieved my order of 15 mil from Ali Tuesday this week! 500,000 and 100,000 Notes polymer.

Are you sure they weren't 50,000?

FYI, Ali is out of stock again. The website promises shipping will resume on May 14th.

The FedEx delivery guy asked me:
So, what did you get for your money?

I told him it was personal.

What would he have done if I had just said "Dong". I'm sure his look would have been priceless!!! LOL

HMMM! That must be a new note, I thought they only had polymer notes as high as 200,000,

Mine are all 100,000 notes. used but in excellent condition.

I received my order from Ali today also! Mine are all 500,000 notes too...got another order from him on Monday that was all 100,000 notes. Just hope it's not going to make a difference when it comes time to exchange...I also purchased some 10,000 and 20,000 notes off eBay a couple weeks ago. I like a little variety~! All that matters is that they have the double little windows~! I thought they were supposed to be tear proof, but one that I received from Nammoney was cut/tore and taped...don't know if that matters either...half the USD money that I receive from stores and whatnot are all taped and ripped, so I don't see what the big deal should be!
