(first of all thanks for taking your time to answer all these questions)

Will the affiliate sign up spill over in general from any position be distributed along the members of his/her (sub)matrix in the same way as you described for the root? (I guess the answer is YES... but would like to be sure.)

Meaning... it's not that first the highest levels would be filled up (completely) before the spill over benefits members more downwards...
Or in other words... say, imagine you turn the matrix upside down and you would start filling it up with water... it would fill the empty wholes from tip to base... As I understand that's not how the spill over works here: it will be evenly distributed among all who are currently member in the submatrix... Ã*ll of them (with empty place(s) left) will get one first, before a second 'round' starts delivering them a second downline affiliate (as far as there are open places left).
Or in yet other words... it's not because you have a high position in the (sub)matrix that all affiliate sign up spill over will first fill your matrix (without any recruiting from your side) before 'draining down'.
Which... imho... is a good & fair distribution :).

A couple of answers on points.

If somebody signs up under the root url (...) the system is designed to put them under members in rotation.

eg. Root signups will be allocated as follows.

Signup .......... Affiliate Member Account

1 .................................1
2 .................................2
3 .................................3
4 .................................4
5 .................................5
6 .................................6
7 .................................7
N..................................NNNN

This way the last people in will always receive signups.

No, qualification is by selling 3 tickets. You earn commission on your own purchases but you cannot qualify with them.
