trouble with the hcl? a report now that there might be trouble with the happiness of the hcl. we will have to see what they decide to do with that as that is the key for the announcement.

look, for your information this is news i just received on the phone about the hcl. i dont know for sure if its factual or not. i do know that as others have reported the iraqis are preparing for the revalue and companies are moving in for drilling. i really could give a rats patooty if you believe any of it or not as my breathing pattern isnt dependent on your opinion.

someone posted an article in the news thread recently from Rigzone, oil industry online rag, where GOI is touting for tenders for wells!

how the hell are they gona do that without the laws done, or about to be, and only a matter of "red tape"

seriously people, many on here are always harping on about how corrupt and stupid and lazy the GOI are, and that being a reason there WONT be a RV or HCL.

think about it.....

if that is true, all the oil majors have to do is line their greedy GOI pockets and we have an HCL, or a BBB or any other law they want passed...

that and shout them a few "virgins" to sweeten the deal!

Baghdad may not be totally safe, ever... but u can be damned sure anywhere oil is being drilled and exported, itll be made safe enough to get that gross dirty outdated hydrocarbon shiite to the stinky factories and cars that burn it.

Do you think that if there are in fact issues with the HCL, and they go on for say a month, will that lead to the ISX opening being delayed?
