I can’t really see how they plan on any exchange of the large IQD notes, but would love some cold hard facts and reference points to research. Hey CDreans, I sure hope your right on the money. It seems though that
.41-.81 Is a little too low for my fancy. But with my financial situation anything above .40 Is a lot better than where it stands now. Nice rumor though. BOB
