Crave - electronic trading and allowing foreign investors into the Stock Exchange are two separate entities.

When the Stock Exchange goes live for foreign investors (should they have chosen not to go through a proxy) it is highly likely that electronic trading will still not be in place.

Individuals are able to register with an Iraqi Broker now or with an Iraqi Bank - e.g. Warka or Dar El Salaam or others and still start trading the first day it is open to foreign investors whether the electronic trading is in place or not.

So to be honest as far as RR's post - if the cap fits. Sorry.
