Gist of our 45 min conversation: . . . In her version of his comments, she quipped to me, “It’s the stock exchange, you stupid Camel!” . . .

“By the time it opens [ and there are no delays / that he knows of ] . . . everything WILL be complete!” . . . In his opinion, those of you that have proposed this timing theory are right-on . . .

Rate: All along I have been as confident as possible that it would be between .93 & .98 Euro, . . . or the equiv. US$, / or the basket . . . but he still maintains this US$3.45 figure . . . only time will tell . . .

To those posters on a *different* forum that accuse me of lying & BS & other nice compliments . . . sorry, but I am ONLY posting here . . . If you do not like my info, please GO AWAY . .

I have not posted on here since i told of a rumour about my bro (who works out in iraq) telling me it will rv soon at .93 euro i was bashed left right and centre yes it didnt rv when i was told but some laws etc were not done but now there all ready isx is ready and i have been told by my bro that the next couple of days are going to be a ground breaking time for all iraqis (oh and us investers) i am 110% behind RR and i know that the nid will rv and go big..and it wont go to the dollar because kuwait have unpegged against the dollar and done a basket to all other currencies i truely believe iraq will do the same and at the same time of kuwait to hit the markets bigger than any single currency on the market,because iraq need a get rich quick programme.as they have alot still to out to put the country back to some sort of order i wish u all well in the next coulpe of days and just one note has knowles not posted for a while has anyone heard from him

Hey folks has anyone thought that we may actually see a international rate shortly before we see it on CBI. The reason I say this is the CBI has strutured autions at a certian time of the day. If the trading in the ISX opens it flood gates it may not be in or around the same time of an auction in order to post the current rate. Just thinking out loud.

I just found out why. And it's not good.

Gives me a chance to answer a couple questions = "Why is the stock market so important?" . . .

The ISX has the potential to bring HUGE money into Iraq . . . perhaps not quite as huge as their oil, gas, water, etc . . . but HUGE, really, really HUGE . . .

Cashing in: From a new Marine friend in AZ . . . if it goes @ a buck, in my opinion that will only hold for a year . . . IMO they might jump it a buck a year . . . ?? Anyone ??

If it goes @ $3.45 that will be different . . .

Personally I would cash in a bit @ a buck . . . @ $3.45 / I'd probably cash in a lot more . . . & move to some Gold & about a 3 X amount in Silver . . . I like Silver's potential . . . J.M.H.O. . . .

Thnx for the update RR. As you and I briefly touched on, the completion of the laws and constitutional ammendments should trigger what we all await.
The "push" is on, and it appears we will see everything we need (Art 140, HCl, and De-Baath) completed simultaineously, or nearly so, in the very near future. As far as the rate goes, I agree with you, likely somewhere between $1.20-$1.30........it's looking very good.

just whizzed thru ... (im on fire:biggrin:) ... RR's uncle stated the 3.45 instead of a basket.... could this be because the cbi will peg to the dollar, which will prop up the dollar immensely , and suddenly kuwait will kick itself because it kicked sand on the dollar? just talkin out of my a$$ now, since im no expert in these matters...

Looks like Dick Cheney's visit earlier last month really set the wheels in motion ..

I guess his offer to take them all out Duck hunting if things didn't get moving really hit a nerve :)
