$3.45 per 1 dinar. Then of course you'll have to subtract the taxes, I think it's 15% for LTCG and 28% for STCG.

youre right, they have ABSOLUTELY no natural resources and the lowest intellect in the middle east, not to mention they want to join the gcc by 2010 which is less than 3 years away and must be equal to the other countries by then so i suspect they will open at .31 and move up only after you have cashed in.
