Talabani are how ever you spell it. Already Signed the pension Law on May 19th. I would say by the Constitution rule for Laws, as darock has provided. There is three ways for this to enact. 15, 30, or 60 Days.

The Pension Law has to have a rate. Not a Exchange Rate but a Retirement Rate, Social Security Rate. They are not giving any details here in the Law that is Officially Published.

We've heard from RR, which is appreciated. He had warned people that it was third hand info and posted the rumour in a responsible way. What's more interesting is SGS' response to it not happening. A rumour is one thing, putting people down when questioned and crying "Done Deal" is another. So let's hear it Suzie.

No one outside of the elite money men in the CBI, IMF and World bank will ever get the date or rate of the reval ahead of time. No one on this or any other forum can possibly have that kind of info. It would be nice to think we could but leaks don't happen with this kind of info. Never has , never will....IMHO.

You have got to be kidding. A government that doesn't leak is a government that doesn't exist!

I'm not saying that we are likely to be privy to the leak, but somebody will or has leaked information regarding the RV.
