Yes its most probably a hoax coming from the place I've been talking about. They used to amuse themselves with someone posing as Shabibi or Maliki to answer questions in the same lame-arse speech pattern.

I truly hope he is for real...but something in the fact that he is English educated, yet has the "flow" of the American speech pattern. When he spelled girl as gurl I figured it was just a typo...but spelling thing as thang is not just a typo..it is a speech pattern. I sure hope I am wrong but I sense something "different" here. I have many, many friends from India and the middle east, and the pattern here is just off somehow.
