No, awhile back there was an article that said foreign investors were going to have to establish an account with a local Iraqi broker to make trades before the electronic trading were to occur, so her explanation fits with that article. So, now I am sad, and happy. At least we have a definitive time frame from someone in our government as opposed to some guess from Iraqi's. It is interesting that the ISX made an investment program here in the states though. Guess they are telling everyone to get ready right? Hopefully, the time frames are just safe exaggerations, but who knows. Probably will be October to go electronic with the way things keep getting delayed.....

How have you been cm, haven't seen you post much lately, nice to see a voice of reason among the positively amazing string of $3.45 believers here. lol

Interesting, yes, it sure has been, but I am not hearing the same tune, so I just drop in to catch up on the fun, after all, this is the rumor section, so no harm in a little positive reinforcement, right?

I still think we will see closer to .345 rather than $3.45, but hey, I like to dream too, so why not, sure would be nice. My contacts have relayed that dinars are being held more and more with the purpose of realizing a restoration of dinars value, so I am positive something will happen soon for the vibes have been positive for several weeks.

Still want to see this mystical reshuffle happen, for I think this is a bigger issue than all the rest which is pending, being debates, approved, ratified, or whatever, we ARE close.

Thanks OSW. I agree and respect your posts. This should be changed to the "humour" section. LOL. There has been so much bickering on here that it might be more fitting and put people in a little more of a "LOL" frame of mind. Where I look at rumours as just that and personally I enjoy them, however, to give a few of those (Frathouse etc) some slack, I would have to agree with the principle that there are definitely different rules for some than there are for others. Some of the ones who don't agree with rumours have made some valid points - they just didn't say it in a nice way and hence the back at you from the rumour posters (e.g., using the word "lying" by one, followed by "smartass" by the rumour poster - yet the first is cautioned). Some rumour posters sure get defensive/offensive when questioned. Debate is welcome IMO and healthy so some can see both sides of the argument.

I for one like a good debate, that way I can analyze all avenues to make sure that I'm thinking right, but some of the people like to belittle others that don't agree with their post. I say bring on a debate, but do it in a kind manner. No offense Innkeeper, but you could be more tactful.
