I would have to give it an 8. (the lessor two is for margin of error)

After reading all of these great news articles about meetings, the new electronic ISX, revals in the region, mixed with some speculation and a dash of rumor, these ingredients form a flavor of reval!

If nothing happens after the May/June speculation period, we may have to take a serious look at Munnybags Munny model timeline for the dinar, and it aint pretty!
