Take 100 or 1000 and divide it by the .516326 You divide the fills into the rate.

Neno, Do you have a feeling or any inside info on whether the RV will happen on or before June 1st.

It has to be before June 1 st before isx opens up! but then hey the might just postpone it again!lol

the adjusted rate for april 30th is .000516326.
remove 3 0's
.516326
divide 1000 fils BY that=1936.7608
divide 100 by that=193.67608

now, how does the .19 come into play?

I can tell from these last few post, that the whole thread is not read....

If they keep going at the rate they are with all the lastest news and now a IMF update of a exchange rate to work from along with implementing the HCL be the end of the month, I hear a Internal RV by May 31. Then a External RV with the ISX in the FIRST WEEK of June. It has all been laid out in the News. It just has to fall in now. And Yes I believe, Hope, and have the Faith. Way More than normal of things happening now.

You ready? Ok you did that in fils. Now you need to show the Dollar way. this is where the email comes into play. .19 is believed to of been one or two things. A Mistake or a Screw-up. Banks dont Screw-Up, so that eliminated that one. Mistake is what is believed. Mistake in meaning they let the "Cat Out Of The Bag".

There was one more reason of just being a Bogus rate. Then the IMF Updated their site just resent in May for a April rate. After using all the resources of what we have been able to get from the Articles of the 3 zeros lifting and then just doing the math. It has become aparent that Iraq will stay pegged to the Dollar and the figures indicate that the Exchange rate will be very hugh.

I must admit that this is a VERY GOOD THERORY, based on FACTS. I have providided all the links for everyone to see it for themselves. I am just helping to see it.
