At the DJ, all I can get is those Liberal Stations. There was a Broadcast with a Parliment member. All I really got from it was that the US Had "Deadlines of Today" for the admendments to the Constitution. The Guy said from what I gathered that I believe they were all done but, they wern't happy about it. Articles should start to come out by now..

"The presidential council is holding now a joint meeting at President Talabani's premises in Baghdad," read a presidential statement received by the independent news agency Voices of Iraq (VOI).
"The unannounced meeting includes President Jalal Talabani, the two Vice Presidents Adel Abdul Mahdi and Tareq al-Hashemi, in addition to Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki," the statement added.
The statement did not reveal reasons behind holding the meeting and its agenda, noting that media will be updated with the meeting's outcomes later this day.
The Presidential council consists of Iraq's president and his two deputies

So on fox news it was anounced that the HCL was passed? And if it is passed how long do you guys think it will take to get enacted. Remember the FIL is passed months ago it was in the gazzette yet it is not enacted. Am I right?
Also on a nother side note at work today I had a person read my palm and said you either had something that happened to you 2 weeks ago that was life changing or something important or in 2 weeks something will happen and it will change your life forever.....i would go more into detail but probably just get flamed as well all have heard these ridculous things that have came and passed. I understand where your coming from but Viet Nam has companies tripping all over themselves trying to get into the country to take advantage of cheap labor and Viet Nam's government new attitude toward western companies. Granted it does not have the natural resources Iraq has but they have what a lot of companies want. They saw what is happening in China and they want it too. Yes S.E. Asia has some oil. BUT it is very deep, and very expensive to bring to market.
Iraq will be the cheapest place in the world to bring oil to market.

As far as lop is concerned, I don't believe that will be the course of action. From what I can find out with the acceptance of art.VIII and WTO, at this point stability in the worlds eye is key. As the dynamics of the economy require and as the strength of the Dong increases I believe they will merely remove larger notes and add smaller notes.
With all that cash, appreciation should be on the horizon. I'm hoping for a double-dipping sensation. So I hope she delays her move until I can stake a better position after the dinar RV's. At that point a little appreciation becomes a lot.
