I realize that Ice, but with it about to expire on the 9th, do you think they would post it anyways?
I'll defer to others with more knowledge on the subject then myself. Sorry!
This testimony is good enough for me.....Doesn't it make you tingle when the Bank manager confirms your expectations?
For those who don't believe this will happen sorry you feel that way. Please accept my pre-condolences for your hospital stay. Sorry about the heart failure.
notazbad2000 your report Rocks thanks
Exactly 100% correct.
Also I can confirm that there are quite a few bankers with tons of experience that have absolutely no clue. The good ones admit it, and then there are the ones that since they don't know the answer they get defensive, which will naturally generate a negative response and will give the wrong info.
I have talked to some that know nothing, and some that know a great deal.
There is a very good reason behind this.
If every bank knew what was going on, there would be a ton more people holding dinar. The govt does not want this. If the %age of americans holding dinar gets any higher than it is now, things could get real ugly.
If all the banks knew what was going on, then that % would increase exponentially.
The result, nearly eveyone in the US would hold dinar.
In that case, an RV would completely destroy our economy.
Not everyone in the US can be rich. There has to be a balance.
It was funny Ward, because I was talking to a friend that is looking into making an investment when she walked up. With him in my presence, she she began to talk to me. He immediately got on the cell with Ali ordered a Mil, and got back in line to get a Bank Check for tomorrow's delivery. This is absolutely contagious!
I know, my entire family is in this, initially on my word. Now they have educated themselves on the facts pro and con and conclude there were never really any pitfalls to this investment. I think anyone who really researched this knows that is fact. Plus a positive word from the bank manager doesn't hurt either.
Please enlighten us....What currencies do you that people speculated on and made big returns.....we all know about the kawiati dinar..but thats a crock...what i mean by that is...is that it was never on record to show the kawati dinar drop off the deep end....so when the war was going on in counrty the kawati people lost faith in there currency and was selling it on the black market for cheep....so yes soldiers and contractors that bought into this made alot because when kawait recovered things were back to normal and they recovered quickly cause there infostructure was that badly damaged as compared to iraq....But on record there was never a huge devaluation and then a sudden surge of an RV. FACT!!!!! But it would be interesting to know of other currencies you know of that rved of made a huge% return on investing.
Well you've all done it! I am back in the fold. I will not listen to any advice from Wells Fargo in the future. They still have a great price on VND thou.
$72.88 per mil. So I picked up a few mil more from them.
Yea, And Soros Will Give It All To The Dems.
Cool Ms Red, that's one less "I told you so!" I'll be leaving work shortly.
I know of a couple of pilots that made a lot of money on the Kuwaiti dinar and it is a matter of record down at the court house they paid off their mortgages. I could care less if it is of some record that you subscribe. By the way if this talk of a huge rv is childish to you why hang around here? I bet it's because you and folks like you really do enjoy popping bubbles. Hell I don't know if it will rv, I want it to, but I don't know if it will. But unlike you I don't know that it won't, but you seem to. Why don't you think about what you do know and that is that you really don't have a clue which way this will go. So why not leave people alone. O and by the way before you spout off about free speech, remember free speech means the government will not throw you in jail for speaking out. It does nothing for the criticism you may receive for the content of said speech.
good evening eveyone 1945 pm here in the uk anyone got any good news for tonight
sorry thats 2145 in the evening here
Im not trying to burst anyones bubble Im just trying to prove a point that kawait never RVed officialy. I do believe in this investment and think its a very unique opportunity. Im just trying to explain that the whole thing about the kawait dinar RV never officialy happened in the bank records..... go ahead and prove me wrong. For someone new to the investment, im just letting people know how it is and how it happened. I was just asking SGS to give us examples of what countries out there made huge surges in movement from speculating on a countries currency. All I was trying to do is gain more knowlege....and here you come trying to put me down being the DINAR POLICE. Sorry if im not in the rv 1-1 camp ; however, i do believe it could open at a decent rate and move in the upward direction. I am entitled to my own opinion. A part of me also believes anything can happen. I know what im talking about when it comes to the whole kawait dinar situation, after 3 years of reading and research. I wish I can find some links, I will work on it. Sorry if it seemed like i was peeing in your cornflakes. :bringiton
Sorry I don't have the best spelling or sentence structure;however, you still get my point. This forum dosen't have spellcheck or else I would use it or maybe it does, I just don't know how. Why don't you contribute something instead of trying to put me down. Try posting something useful and maybe someone will listen to you!!
P.S Go tell that to Neno one of the best forum posters of information and see what he thinks.:mad3:
You can check your spelling by clicking the ABC with a Check Mark under it, it's on the right hand side of the message box.

I believe in this investment but I am still curious to know what other currencies have revalued and what kind of profits were made off it.

Iraq was in trouble with Saddam in charge and the dinar was worth about .30 in 2003.
Then we go in, get him out, help establish a government and all the multi-faceted aspects of restoring Iraq into what will become a booming society. If you research, you will find that a tremendous amount of development has already taken place and Iraq is beginning to be restored.
Remember when Chrysler was going belly up? Many investors dumped the stock and others grabbed it. Once Chrysler got help from outside sources, reorganized their debt..what happened? Did the stock go back up?
There is a MASSIVE amount of interest in the development of Iraq. At worst case, don't you think the dinar might possibly come back to say, half it's value in 2003? Or, how about if it goes to five cents..how much would you make? Bottom line, even though things could go very wrong, very quickly; I still believe the risk is getting minimized daily.
I have been dirt-poor a few times in my life and have had MANY opportunities to 'hit it big' with a variety of investments, but always hesitated. Just before I heard about the dinar I vowed to myself that the next time I get a tip that has some merit, after due diligence, if I can see the value of the risk/reward ratio..I will jump on it. Da Da, here comes the dinar and I could not convince myself that it would not go at least return to a nickle.
People seem fond of saying "invest only as much as you can afford to loose" and this is very sound advice. I've invested as much as I could afford, without loosing any other aspects of my life. Over the years, every time I re-evaluated the investment, I felt convinced the dinar would rebound..so, I stretched a little more, scraped up a few more bucks and bought again, and again, and again and again. Looking back, I think I went a bit crazy because if it goes to a penny..I am a millionare. It is crunch time. Nothing left to do now, but relax and let the medicine do it's thing.
If it flops, oh well, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
CONCLUSION: Relax folks. Pounding on each other only prevents you from being ready to enjoy your profits, or being able to deal with the loss and go on to the next thing with a rational mind.
DinarTank, if you want comparisons, I'm sorry there aren't any. Why you ask? Well in looking back through Iraq's history you note that what has happened here if much different than with other countries which have rv'ed their currency. First Iraq started with a high currency something on the order to 1 IQD to $3.22, much like Kuwait is today. Then through the actions of a murderous dictator the currency was driven down to 1 IQD to $.30 and then in 2003 to something like 4000 IQD to $1.00. The IQD has been held down to artificial values from 1990 to present for one reason or another. But one thing remains the same, natural resources. Oil and natural, gas lots of it. In fact the world needs it now more than ever. And there are other reasons to believe the dinar will reval. Iraq has agriculture, water and an ability to establish a manufacturing based like none other in the middle east except for Israel. Given the natural resources at it's disposal I believe they will surpass Israel in the long term. There is so much more to this than just current events.
Nice post. I wish I could get some of that oil right now. Pulled up at the pump today and just said eeek as I pumped gas at $$2.91. I remenised back to when I I was a kid and pulled up to the pump and actually put $.25 into my gas tank. Well I hope that Iraq gets back on the road again and the currancy goes up.
Ask what??? What countries currency have appreciated greatly enough where people made alot of money. Is this what your wondering about what im asking?? If yes, Im asking because I think it would be interesting to know, especialy any currency that has had a huge surge against our dollar... not even a over night sudden rv, but let say a huge percentage increase say over the course of a year. I know people make a living trading currencies in the forex buying and selling daily. As far as I know there is NO currency that RVed in a day say even a 500% in a day without such as a total reprint and loop. I believe iraq is a different situation as you and I believe. I dont think iraq will do this as the people of iraq have confidence in the dinar and in doing such a move shows weakness in a economy which is what iraq and the world dose not want...and with the facts you stated is why were in a unique situation. They want foriegn investment and have lots of companies lining up at there front door. Im not a total party pooper im just trying to speak with reason and logic(at least what it is to me) and learn more and more each day as this forum has alot of great posters with great info. You and others may disagree with my opinions and thats cool. Thats what forums are for to hear different view points and debate them and learn in the process. Tank
The only real example that comes to mind is Japan 1985. They doubled the value of the yen against the dollar overnight without a single yen removed from circulation. I know there is at least one member here who lived the experience first hand.
Kuwait was an inside job so to speak only because of the quickness to resolve the invasion and the lack of internet info or we may have had a run it as well. However @ 10 cents [black market or not] that a 3400% increase getting back to normal.
Then of course there is Germany.
Hey time will tell but over a dollar is more the regional model and exactly the idea behind article IV discussions.
