You're right. The rumor is dead unless the CBI changes the rate today.

I can't believe that this thread hasn't been closed. Just the title alone is inviting trouble and gives people the excuse to bash someone else. Not very productive. I'm sure there are more positive and better things to be discussing/debating - like why the CBI site is down (which is what it got to at the end of the thread).
Enough already.

With only 19 posts and several failed rumors as part of your 19 posts I'd say your credibility level is Zilch. Others have posted rumors but they have also offered years of sound research. You haven't. So just as you were "99.99% sure that we are there! " on the 15th, I'm 100% sure you and your sources have nothing to offer. I'm happy to see you admit you don't know "Jack Squat" though. That will help your credibility!
