Why would you default ? You are only going to pay a small amount of interest and are able to go pick back up your 10,000 IQD which most probably has increased in value big time by now, pay off your loan in good faith..you did borrow it in good faith...by signing on the loan. Why create a legal hassle for yourself and the bank? Why?

    Default Loan

I could use a loan and don't mind using a few notes of my Dinar as collateral. Will you please send me the contact info so I can check this out. Please PM with any information you are willing to share.

In order to get a loan using the dinar as collateral you only need your friendly neighborhood banker. You may need to educate them about the dinar. Call and make an appointment with the manager and take your financial information with you because you will have to fill out a loan application. Have a presentation about your plans to use the loan money and how you will pay it back. In exchange for the bank lending you money, you are going to let them hold onto your dinar...(you won't have to pay the safety deposit box fee)...

You will use the banks money and pay them interest. The good news is you didn't have to sell your dinar to have money to use. In the mean time, while your dinar is in their safe in your folder, I believe that it will be gaining in value.

1st, I keep 5, 25000nid's in my truck with me at all times, just incase I get a call and then I can shoot down to one of 9 Chase Banks with in 10 mile ratios of my Job, to verify. But that was my main concern First thing I looked for. My co-workers were laughing there tails off about that.

Then the security Camera on the employee parking lot is right above my truck on a pole just behind that parking space. But, it was pointing outwards the other way all day.
    Neno,

This reminds me of a story that happened about 5 years ago. My Uncle is an Lawyer in Bergen County NJ (one of the richist counties in the country). He was on trial in the county court house and parked his Porsche 911 in the Lawyers section of the lot, which has a guard house right next to it. When he went to his car, he notices that in the row he parked in most of the cars had the windows broken and the radios stolen. He gets to his car and doesnt see glass on the ground, but his radio is gone, FORTUNATLY he forgot to close his window, so they were nice not to break it... there are nice crooks out there...

This is interesting. You're right about bankers, they're not going to risk anything on something that "might" happen. There are 47 different things that could conceivably disrupt the path of the revaluation, from a cold-eyed bankers view, and it's hard to believe that a bank is going to plunk down a couple of mil with monopoly money as collateral, UNLESS THEY KNOW SOMETHING FOR ABSOLUTE SURE. So, who goes first?
