Thread: Phone Call From A Freind.....

Just some thoughts, While at work last night I was thinking about this investment. If the HLC was passed on the 20th (When I believe it was published in their gazette) And they have 30days to enact it that makes the date March 21 1 day before their SBA (Stand by agreement) with the IMF comes to an end in my opinion they will stick to the program rate until then using the time to pull as much dinar from circulation we may see the rate slowly drop to the 1260 like stated in their budget HCL and the other laws enacted currency back to......what is it they say? "REAL RATE" JMO

True, moving at a 1 point drop per auction, puts us at 22 auction days left.
Which would be around March 23rd.

I think they just sent it to the cabinet yesterday ( Feb 20)- meaning it was f i n a l l y done.

The cabinet needs to aprove it ( how long they need for that - unknown)

Then it needs to go to the president for ratification ( which I understand that it is just a seal - the president doesn't really modify/debate/etc,so that would be prety fast).,

and THEN ( after the president ratifies it) they have 30 days to enact it or publish it in the Gazette - whichever comes first. However, I don't think a law like HCL will take the normal path when it comes to implementation.

At least this is my understanding of the process.

And didn't they say that it would be 1260 plus $0.50? - or something like that?

Wasn't trying to bait anyone, just stating my opinion. I do not post anything that I hear from my friend in Iraq. It doesn't matter to me if it is truthful information or simply rumors, I don't post information from him for obvious reasons. Nothing is "a done deal" or "RV is already set at over a dollar". That is all wishful thinking, not that I don't personally have my own wishes, I just don't do it on a public forum........ then it becomes "predictions", and I along with everyone else on here, have no idea when or how much. When I find that out, I will post it. Hopefully soon, but until then..............

Wishful thinking correct! if people posted items based on fact this forum would not have all the drama some people seem to perpetuate. Every time I hear of a phone call or done deal I step away for a few days knowing that the shiite will hit the fan. It will happen the Iraqi's finally decide to do it.

Since this topic was based on a phone call, we have been all over the place with this. Why don't we just close it and wait for the next phone call or major tip and start all over.

In the evening they'll come back out and I'll share dinner with me. Imagine...dinner with dinars. They'll sit on the couch and listen to music with me. We might even talk politics if we can promise to keep it civil. I might even offer them a glass of single malt Scotch, and watch them get giddy.

I think that the point I'm trying to make, which, in part was derived from these previous posts, is, it is very impotant to bring into our consciousness fully those things that we wish to have happen. The key to making that happen, is the tremendous will which is instilled in each one of us, and the blending together of those things we dream of in the metaphysical world, which those thing that can be realized in the physical realm. All the chess-like manuevering in dealing with the politics and economics of the dinar by the "big" players aside, what just might tip the scale in our favor is our individual and our collective will to make it so.

As for me...I'm going to take my little dinars out for an evening stoll under the new moon, and let them breathe the night air. It will probably do us both good.

Marvelous letter. If, however, you are in any way like me, I'd watch that "different place" every night scenario. I often put things where I KNOW I'll remember where they are, for 30 or 40 seconds. Envision that scramble if you will, if you should forget where they are! yikes.

At least you have some excuse! I do that when I'm stone, cold sober! It's a big joke amoungst family and friends - If it's missing, Jean must have put it in a safe place!

What...you've only missed placed some important item once or twice?, what an amateur! My life is a constant refinding of lost items, which makes life a huge treasure hunt.

It's okay to get shiite faced as long as you keep your sunni side up.
