Each merchant in the NFE Mall shows a Cash Back Percentage. Each time a purchase is made from your Private NFE Mall you receive that percentage of the purchase price in Cash Back!

Are any purchases required?
No.

What happens if someone else shops in my Private NFE Mall?
You receive the Cash Back just as if you had made the purchase.

Is the NFE Mall a secure site?
Yes! We use 128 bit encryption as demonstrated by the GeoTrust Security logo.

Are there any special procedures or credit cards required?
No! You can use any card the merchant accepts.

How do I keep track of my Cash Back?
Click on My Cash Back in your private back office.

How long does it take for NFE Mall purchases to be reported?
A: Most merchants report purchases within 7 to 10 days.

When do I receive my Cash Back?
A: To allow for merchant return policies (normally 30 to 90 days) Cash Back is processed for payment on the last day of the second month following the month purchases are reported.

What happens to my Cash Back if I enter a coupon code?
Nothing! Cash Back is paid to you by NFE and does not show up at checkout. Coupon codes give you additional savings at check out.

What records should I keep pertaining to my Private NFE Mall?
You should keep the transaction number assigned by the merchant, and the date/time-stamped email confirmation they provide.

How do I check on purchases that have not been reported?
First, remember the timeline. Most purchases are reported within 7 to 10 days. To check on a purchase you should forward NFE customer Service the original date/time-stamped email confirmation from the merchant. To investigate a purchase your request must be received within 60 days of the purchase date.

Does NFE disclose my personal information to anyone else?
NO! We have a strict privacy policy.

How do I get my Free Gasoline?
NFE will deliver a Free Gasoline Gift Code to your private back office within five business days if you are a member. If you are a Distributor your gift code (if applicable) will be delivered within ten business days to allow for additional free gasoline you qualify for to be awarded.

Once I receive my gift code, how do I use it?
To use your code you click the Gasoline Redemption Center link from your private back office and then select “Registration”.
After registering and beginning the redemption process, you will receive a $25 gift card every month until the complete value of your code has been processed. Your gift cards can be used for merchandise inside the store, or for more gas...whichever you prefer.

If I take longer than 30 days to accumulate $100 in receipts, do I forfeit the $25 gift card?
Yes, but only for that month. If you never spend more than $100 in any calendar month you may give your gift code to a friend or family member who does not live with you, but you may not sell your gift code under any circumstances. An alternate gift program is available where you may trade in your gift code for one of several alternate gifts.
Acceptance of an alternate gift requires that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the alternate gift and agree to pay any fees, taxes or government charges that may be associated with the alternate gift.
You can contact the Redemption Center by email and they will provide you with an Alternative Gift List.

If I take longer than 30 days to accumulate $100 in receipts can I just send in my receipts as soon as I get to $100?
No. The companies subsidizing the Free Gas Program review each consumer’s monthly receipts so you would forfeit the $25 Gift Card for that month. However, you can continue the program the following month.

Will I have access to a toll-free number?
Yes. You will be assigned a Personal Redemption Agent with a Toll-free access number after you return your first $100 in receipts and have been mailed your first $25 Gift Card. At that point, you are a fully enrolled member in the Free Gasoline Program. Prior to being assigned a Personal Redemption Agent, if you have a question after accessing the Free Gasoline Redemption link from your private back office, you will be able to send an email to the Redemption Center. This helps keep costs down so this wonderful opportunity can continue saving consumers on their monthly fuel bill.

Why do I have to choose a ***** of gas?
The Redemption Center must know the ***** of gas you use so it can provide you with a gift card for that particular *****. In some cases, if a gift card is not available for the ***** you choose, a major ***** of gift card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) will be mailed to you instead.

Why do I have to pay a $5 Refundable Redemption Assistance Fee for a Free Gift?
This postage and processing fee is refunded to you in full with your final gift card and allows the Redemption Center to perform your initial processing and monthly mailing services.

What is my Status?
Once registered, you are a "Member" of the Free Gasoline Program until the end of the last month of your program.
In addition to your free gasoline, while you are a member you will be automatically entered in weekly and monthly drawings for free prizes provided by companies that want your business as well!

Why do I get my Free Gasoline in $25 monthly increments?
By collecting receipts from the ***** of gas station you choose the Redemption Center can prove they are helping to establish ***** loyalty and that you deserve to receive a discount.

Do my $100 in monthly receipts all have to be from fuel purchases or can I use receipts from other purchases too?
The $100 spending requirement pertains to fuel only. In store purchases do not qualify. You may however use your $25 Gift Cards for in-store purchases or fuel.

How long does my program last?
That depends on the value on Free Gasoline Gift Code. Simply divide the value of your code by 25 and the answer will be the number of months you will be able to participate in the program. A $250 Gift Code (250 divided by 25 = 10) would give you ten months in the program. A $500 Gift Code (500 divided by 25 = 20) would give you twenty months in the program.

If I have two Gift Codes can I use one after the other?
Yes, but you must not register the second code until you have received your final $25 Gift Card from the first code.
You can also give the other code to a friend or family member that does not live with you, but YOU MAY NOT SELL YOUR CODE. IT IS PROHIBITED BY THE RULES OF THIS PROMOTION AND THE LAW.

Can I use two Gift Codes at the same time?
No. The gas manufactures will not allow free gas cards to be provided to the same household simultaneously. You must register one code and receive the complete fulfillment on that code prior to registering an additional code.

How long is my Gift Code good for?
You must register your code and pay your fully-refundable $5 Redemption Assistance Fee within 20 days of its delivery to your private back office.
If you receive an additional code within 30 days from receiving your first code you must register the second code within 30 days of receiving your final gift Card from the first code.

Can I buy additional Gift Codes?
Free Gasoline Gift Codes are distributed by companies and businesses through media and their authorized representatives as "Gifts". They may not be purchased by individuals and may not be resold under any circumstances. YOU MAY NOT SELL OR RESELL YOUR GIFT CODE. THIS IS PROHIBITED BY THE RULES OF THE PROMOTION AND THE LAW.

Why do I have to purchase 100.00 in gasoline?
This is the minimum purchase requirement established by the program underwriters.

What hours is Redemption Center Customer Service open?
The Customer Service Department at the Redemption Center can be reached 24 hours a day by email and you will be responded to within 24 hours.
Once you have returned your first $100 in receipts, you will receive your Toll Free Personal Redemption Agent's phone number. Personal Redemption Agents are available 10am to 4pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
