True enough, for sure; but the thing is, unfortunately, most likely the majority of the Pips population have no money to diversify with. In this regard, the time table for ending of BN investigation is indefinite. From a new update at BTI from Bill, it was stated from a source on the ground in Malaysia that the problem, so far, remains--i.e., they've been looking for this from the get go--that BN has not identified any traders or any evidence of active trading going on with relation to Pips; and that is the main parameter being investigated to weigh against Pips being a possible scam. He sited the source as referencing one similar type of investigation by BN into some other company in Malaysia that has been on-going now for the past five years! Five years! I got that "sinking" feeling on that one. It does make sense, though, that BN would be seeking this type of pertinent information in their investigation regarding Pips; and I think Bryan is cooperating with them, but I can't figure out why the information on traders and trading, within Pips parameters, has not been given or identfied to BN as of yet--that is, on the assumption that Bill's Malaysian source is correct on this issue. It appears that the identification of traders, or lack thereof, is crucial to the completion of BN's investigation. At any rate, if there is any truth to the comments from the source Bill sited in his update, then the sooner-than-later timing for the investigation's completion is now all the more obscure unless the trading information is given by Bryan or otherwise identified by BN. For us, though, it looks like more of the same: hurry up and wait...and wonder.

To make something clear, NOT PIPS is under investigation because BN has no jurisdiction at all over PIPS thus BN has no right to ask anything about trading or investments. It is investigating a payment processor, online bank, call it what you will, that's Picpay, it's all about pending WT's and payment transactions and NOT trading, Picpay has nothing to do with trading at all!
