    Default someone complained here about p.staff's read their schedule

    some one here complained about p-staff's get it now...

    If u were working with the big firm u will run away to moon b'coz the schedules were as without humanity nowadays ... they work hard even now they do.

    Though I am not intended about anything when I found their schedules..really I am stuck... 6 days of 9 hrs work ..they think better for the members okay..they even can't take a medical leave do u know that...b'coz of us and our databases..don't howl..

    BUT BIG FIRM PLEASE BE MERCIFUL ON THESE STAFFS THEY ARE NOT ROBOTS., THEY NEED REST AND IN PROPER SCHEDULES., WHEN ONE OF MY FRIENDS VISITED THE OFFICE HE HAPPENED TO VIEW THE AMBIENCE OF STAFFS AND GOT PANIC.

    REALLY THIS IS NOT A HEALTHY AMBIENCE .BUT ADMIN CARE THEY ARE MEN AND NOT MACHINES... NOT AN I-robot to work alike autoresponders set on time...

    but management should think about the staff welfare ., only if they are healthy a better thing can be created and this will help members and organisational relationship in betterment.

    moreover a staff has stringent merciless schedules when I came to know abut I got panic., If i were to work then i would run away..


    okay now think about the health of the staff... u can manage to work for several days okay ..but a scheduled hours will keep your health in stream..

    u sleep today morning work overnight ..then the nextday sleepp overnight then work in the morning ..and at different times .. HR is not right enough ..it's like hawthorne studies useless way of treating people like animals for work... mercy big firm.

    if the schedule is so ..then U can't see the staff's there, only their photograph's will welcome .

    such a stringent ambience the staff's were facing day to day with admin and the admin does these things for keeping us updated with for our sake ..

    But still every member howl at them ..ohhh panic..if u so wish work with the big firm for two months if u are sure healthy and can be happy in the ambience one new account can be opened for you...for free...
    challenge..

    I dont ask u " not to complain" but know the facts and happenings and then yell at them. this is the reality ., actually every pips member should donate a dollar to the staff for their sincerity they offer in these hefty schedules..I bet no one can have such patience when in this hefty schdule which panic me much.

    SO DONT BLAME MANAGEMENT OR ITS STAFF.

    And i called pips today to get a login problem fixed. i know she seemed tired from her voice, but she really did the best she could, and gave good service. Give them a break. They do the best they can. That is enough for me.

    Default overworked staff

    I did not know till a week or 2 ago that staff was on duty 24 hours..till a staff member said something about the night shift. So that ment members no matter where they lived could call any time day or night. I commend management for that and I know they are working overtime to get everything in place legally for members...so I am patient. The staff is great even working under undue stress and I guess management does not want but so many people haveing access to personal information and accounts of members. My job is the same 24 hours even holidays you can call for account problems but you have a set amount of days off (vacation, 3 person al and 8 whatever days) they are schedualed time off and sick time well you get 2 days and anything after that a doctor's note is needed. But it is held against you to call out sick....so I am glad I get a least 2 days off togeather. Everyone needs that or even 2 days not togeather a week. SO MANAGMENT IF YOUR LISTENING .....STAFF NEEDS 2 DAYS A WEEK Can not wait till the day comes when I will have something to show for all my hard work besides bills. But at least I can stay afloat till then. :lol:

    Forgot to mention...Holidays we take turns so we only have to commit to 12 hours a year....you can do 12 hours on 1 day and be finished or you can have someone take your hours and work them for you...but who wants to do that all the time...because Holidays is more money!!

    yes what angel mentioned here is absolutely right., the staff needs rest B.. investment firm..

    when they ease sure a positive wave will feed the company, that will bring much flair to big firm like ours..,

    24 hrs is a sure phenomenon in this sector but answering calls by territory is this needed., at least phone hours shall be made only through day hours., day and night phone calls means ..hahah.. really the staff's were in dungeons .

    Relieve them a little ,sure u will find a positive wave inside, stress wont give yield , as u know the famous hawthorne lumination results in HR....yes the trial checks failed.

    staff's should be rewarded not punished by work load :o and working hours change.. poor gals and guys I pity on them.

    My Goodness fellow pipsters.

    This almost feels like a staff member crying out to us to be patient.

    Imagine what we must look like winging and complaining as we mozey on over to the pute screen to check for updates, yet later in the day munching away on our snacks while watching a DVD and then heading of to bed for full night sleep.
    Please keep Nairs post at the forfront of ROLCLUB. It will be a douse of cold water to all who feel the need to complain.

    wont u think a little I am a member like you I intentionally posted this thread why u know?

    people here blame JUST THE SUPPORT STAFF.

    They are unaware of the fact that management has to decide ., a team of three or 4 people cannot handle mounting transactions altogether. before you yell visit the pips support and visit the office ., you will find what I say.

    though the admin's policies are fine ., unless they are given some free schedules and planned management , nothing will be positive for p-firm members.

    Hope U understand this ., they are hands ., command should be from Brain to move the hand ., understand this factor man.

    you can keep to yelll unless u understand, If u were in the p-support certainly for your impatient behaviour u will run within a day without handling any transacts.

    Beyond did u look into Big brothers post., If support's can do all u expect certainly they wre not the ceo to make updates., this brings out your innocence., behave with nous.

    everything should come from ceo and not from support ., If u withdrawals from dec or something is pending long were the supports the cause ..hahah freedom use your brain before you howl .

    It's m-vita man., it;s the cause and the delay in banking with several threats from banking power, no admin can manage to bring and disburse such a large amount of money.

    Our ceo knows well about these., okay certainly U cannot do a dime when u were in the ambience my little owl., why u sleep ?

    Sadly I feel I have been missunderstood.

    Nair,

    Forgive me, what i am trying to say is that we are not working non stop like the IT staff. We can go to bed at night and relax while the staff cannot.

    THe language barrier it apears is my thorn. Perhaps my choice of words were.

    Nair. Your concerns have been heard and understood. Freedom was supporting you and what you said!!! Understand Nair! Most pipsters understand and support YOU and the backroom staff of pips. We feel their effort and are grateful....only a few ignorant do not...forgive them Nair...they don't know what they do......

    Default Pips support is good

    I have had NO problems with PIPS support. I just kept trying and it works. I called them 2 times and eventually got through. I also received an email with the correct procedure to solve my problem.

    They are doing a GREAT job. I thank them for the efforts on our behalf.
