Does anyone have any idea what happen to "Golden Eagle" the consulting group based in nevada?????? Their numbers no longer work & I get no response from the e-mails I send.

I recently set up my LLC through them and at first they were very helpfull. It took them quite some time to set it up though and I got a call from James saying that the reason was they had been out putting on seminars. Dont know how to get ahold of them either though.

If you hear anything please post it here or PM me. I'm afraid they were just a company feeding off of PIPs members & now that PIPs is down (just for the moment) they have no way to earn income. I hope I am wrong!!! I too just set up my Nevada corp LLc. Like you sais .. . at first they were awesome!!! They always emailed me & returned calls within 24 hours etc. etc. They guy who set me up was named David Vascared (I think thats how you spell it) Anyway if you do find out something please let me know.

Well I do think they were catering exclusively to PIPS members...but still I don't think PIPS problems would cause them to shut down, maybe just adjust the old business plan a little bit...

wan't golden an off shoot of Nevada Corp, but james letft and started golden eagle ,because he did not agree with with there theory that we should pay tax on our entire rol, whereas james states that we should only be taxed on what we have physical control of or bring in to this country. I need to set up an llc yet I dont know who to look to now! any suggestions?

I checked and unforetunatly the golden eagle corporation has been disolved. We will have to look for another avenue.
