I remember one time that Bryan posted saying that he need supportfund from members which prepare for the court case .But why now he said there is no court case at all.
I feel puzzling by his post.can someone explain more clearly?

Bryan did not say there is no court case. He just said there was no court case on the 17th. But I sure do wish that Bryan would divulge some more information and update us onto what is REALLY going on.....

Yet another case of someone twisting Bryan's words. All he ever said was that the money would go toward his legal expenses. He never said anything about a court case and he CERTAINLY never said anything about a court case on November 17th. GEEZ!

we don know when n how bn going to do with pips,but just for refreshment that bryan need fundraising for his case.

Ever heard the saying 'Closing the stable door after the horse has bolted', there are a lot of legal issues for lawyers to go through in connection with the investigation. Waiting until charged (if charged) and appearing in court before engaging a lawyer is bit late in the day.

Arent you answering your own question by posting Bryan's words here? Please read carefully.

In his post, Bryan says that waiting until charged (IF CHARGED) before hiring a lawyer would be a bit late. In other words HE HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED WITH ANYTHING as of that posting.

Just as stated on the BNM website -- they are working with the officers of PIPS to see if any of the charges brought by the complainers (who we all know) were true and warranted any actions be taken against PIPS etc: This is all they are doing , and as soon as they know that all is not as stated by (The greviance committee) then Bryan will be able to continue.

However -- it is always good as Bryan stated to be prepared with funds and recources to defend yourself -- since you never know exactly what the future will bring. WE ALL wait to see the next day played out.
