I am calling from the United States, I should use 011 before any of the numbers listed here, right? And these phone numbers are for pips not pic pay right?
Also, don't know if you can assist, but the reason for me calling is I cannot seem to transfer funds from my back office in pips into my pic pay, I get the error code 1, whatever that means. The support tickets are not functional for me either, so I would guess the only assistance I can hope for is getting through the with a phone number.
Also, do you think if I faxed the issue the could help?
I have been struggling for 3 weeks now!

Second: I think transfer to PicPay is disabled until they have finished checking our PicPay $ for fraudulent funds. Correct me people, if I am wrong.
You can fax, but calling is quicker.
