Thread: Rolclub New attempt to assist claim on your PIPS $$$.

This is a new forum thread that will allow all of the ex-Pipster who still feel that they should be given the right and chance to claim their missing monies that somehow "disappeared" after the apprehension of Bryan Marsden in Malaysia. He has since been tried and sentence for Fraud and is now a free man somewhere out there since his release in early 2010.

A claim was set in place resulting from 4 over years of trial coverage which Batty, our Moderator, assigned to monitor the entire sessions held at the Malaysian Courts. The claims were finally recognized and approved but only 18 Claimants were successful for the determination and perseverance they held on in seeing through the entire duration since 2006.

But for those who somehow were not fortunate to stay in the course, were left out albeit by circumstances beyond their control or by other factors that just were not in their favor.
It is now proven, if the Law is Right about Justice, there is HOPE and that light at the end of the tunnel is still waiting and the opportunity is again made available.

Only this time, YOU have to make that move, positively and seriously to make sure you claim back your monies that belong to you.

Not within or from Malaysia, that country is a closed chapter and the Malaysian Authorities made sure of that through their Legal system and Judicial Courts of theirs.

We shall revive it again but it will be a long road this time as we first need to ascertain, just where and how YOUR money is located and with whom & which institution exactly.

I open and allow this opportunity for YOU ALL to venture with all the means you can muster and return back in here to share with the membership. The more input we have, the more members show they are coming together on this, the more cooperation & participation is shown, the better & stronger this effort will get your dream & goal materialized and the larger the sign ups get listed, the lower in costs & funds with each individual support in staying low.

This is NOT going to be a free ride for we have now experienced with the Malaysian coverage, it would not have worked well if we heeded the many calls for tracking the court appearances with little or no money gathered. It just is NOT feasible but you all know that by now, you missed the boat because you failed to knowingly support the funding adequately or not at all by most of you.

Well, this is your chance and don't let it slip past again.

if you are seriously determined to have your claim be submitted and someday become legally approved by a presiding court.

You may start posting in here and no where else nor create new threads to divert this focus. A word of caution, if you or we find any postings made by "undesirable" ex-Pips members returning with troll-like messages, PM me asap for them to be permanently removed!!!

As i didnt make a post in time to be number 2 on this thread :) i decided to edit YogiBrood's post under the above stippled line.
