I WILL show you MY FAITH.

For any MM1 that makes the commitment and is NOT making enough commission to afford the trip to the convention by February, I WILL PERSONALLY refund them DOUBLE what they have paid and they can STILL come to the Convention.

SOOOOOOO C'mon, SHOW SOME FAITH, make a booking

Post subject: Bryan's Convention Guarantee?

What happen to bryan's convention guarantee If one went to the convention? I notice that bryan deleted this thread a few days ago. Not one person posted anything negative just have concerns of what is going on with no responses from admin. from either ticket system or private message. I've tried the ticket system couple of times only to have it closed on me and also through private messages I know a few others had the same thing happen to them as that is what they posted on the convetion guarantee thread before it got deleted. One guy had ticket #16 one of the very first ones and still has not had his problem resolved. What is going on?

Hello Celaya

I too am wondering what is happening as I was told by Bryan that my refund should be in my account by the time I got home. I know they are very busy but we are home 5 weeks now!

I have an open ticket No 2004 now exactly two weeks old with no response whatever to it by email or the money appearing in my AF in account.

I managed to get my bank overdraft increased for another month but if it is not through within two weeks I am in trouble.

Sorry to sound so negative about this but really I am positive that Bryan will honour his promise to us - I just need an answer to my ticket and the money asap. Has someone forgotten about us!

Kind regards

Hello Everyone waiting patiently for Bryan's famous "Guarantee" to be honoured

I started posting this same topic in the old forum, expressing a few questions only about when/how/where the guarantee would be honoured. Perhaps a few members will remember how I was treated. It is somewhat vindicative to notice that many of the chiding members are now still waiting, as I am, for that elusive guarantee to be 'honoured'.

Being right is not fun, it can be #$%^* annoying.

p.s. I will be offering my PIPS for sale within the next day or so - I have no choice as I am facing credit card cancellation due to airfares to Malaysia - I can always rejoin PIPS later. Please PM me if you would like one - advance sale! Minimum 10% less than real value.

Hi All,

I too am waiting and I did receive a message from Anusha:

"I will get back to you on the guarantee, those who are eligible have already been paid but i will be doing the recalculation for your account. Just give me a few days more. Thank you

Anusha"

Would someone please refresh my memory---was EVERYONE in MM1 automatically charged for the convention, whether they booked or not?
I did not book on forward commissions, yet when I tried to cancel knowing that my deposit for 2 would be lost, I was unable to do so.
I did end up at the convention, thinking that I would be eligible for the guarantee, but I guess I was wrong... I actually would be happy to even get back half of the hotel booking now.

Hi Gail!

No one should have been charged for the convention unless they had booked. If any MM1-ers were charged without having booked then this is news to me.

I would be interested to know what date Anusha told you that all eligible persons had already been paid. There is no way she could look at my accounts - all of them - and say that I could afford to come to the convention. There was hardly any earnings at all.

Denarm - I am really sorry you are being forced into selling your PIPS at this stage. If I don't get something within two weeks I may have to do the same.

Looking forward to getting this resolved within days not weeks!

to everyone awaiting patiently for the convention guarantee:

I have now received via e-mail, from none other than the GM of PI himself, information that the calculation of the convention guarantee INCLUDES the "top-up payments" made by PI that were used to pay the clone monthly fees. As you might recall, the "top-ups" were done to in an attempt to ensure the continuity of the clone matrix program. As the top-up payments were made as "commissions" and then had to be put into available funds so that the clone payment could be made, before the days of the automatic payments, PI staff is now considering these amounts to be COMMISSION and are thusly used in the determination of the guarantee.

Basically this translates into the reality that NO-ONE with get the convention guarantee unless that member had paid his own clone payments and had returned the top-up payments to PI prior to the convention.

Also contained in the e-mail is the explanation, for a few other members posting here, that the guarantee is by individual, not by MMI account - ie if you happened to be managing MMI accounts for friends/family (that had no computer or were computer illiterate) and any of those accounts made any commission or received top-up payments, you will not get the convention guarantee.

The e-mail from Mr. Nichol clearly stated that this was the final word on the subject. I would offer the members concerned a copy of said memo ( on request via PM), but I will have to insist that no-one publishes the contents of the memo as it contains confidential information of one of the accounts that I manage(d).

p.s. to the forum police: these are the facts. this is not negative. there are many awaiting patiently who need to know the status.

Amazing how NONE of this was STATED in the Convention Guarantee when it was first given.

I have seen the guarantee change a few times now, not in our favor. If ALL these rules were stated RIGHT in the beginning.. trust me.. I wouldnt have booked for the convention. It would have been in my 2% growing instead.

I am about to lock this topic off.

I can tell you that ALL members that were entitled to the convention guarantee received it.

Dennis, I think Gary has given you incorrect information because the topups were not included in the calculations. If an account earned US$560, it earned US$560 irrespective of whether those funds were used to pay for the monthly fee or your grocery bill.

Some members, including some that have posted in this thread have earned more than US$8000 and they have the temerity to post that they did not receive the guarantee.

If you had a number of accounts that earned more than the cost of the convention then you were not entitled to it. Some members that had MM2 positions or more than one MM1 position that were earning money, (some with top positions), but booked under a position that did not make it they are still claiming the guarantee.

If an account is in your name it is your account, if you purchased an account from another member which earned money, it did not qualify because others have withdrawn funds from it.

This is the end of this topic.

The guarantee was honoured for those who qualified, which was a lot of members.

Bryan
