    Default Some conclusions

Just found again on another forum report posted by one of consultants hired by Pips. Some conclusions are logical and I think most of us are aware of them and I can post them here. So I think I can talk about them because the same conclusions can find in nair's posts.

...Pips has serious issues with the regulatory bodies around the world. It has put its head in the sand for the past year in respect of this and fraudulent transactions. The consequence is there to be seen. PIPS is experiencing difficulty in the trading market. PIPS has to act quickly if it is to regain the credibility it has lost.

Four reasons why Pips faced problems:
...1. Failing to deal with fraud in advance of it arising
    2. Failing to deal with the regulatory bodies in a timely manner
    3. Trying to run with too many new businesses before you can walk with the one serious cash earner.
4 Not recognising that cashflow is the most important factor in any new business

PIPS has grown at an exponential rate during this last year and is paying the price for not having an adequate cash flow to support the fledgling businesses and at the same time meet all of their commitments to their creditors (members are creditors) when those commitments fall due.

A well planned and carefully thought out restructuring/resurrection is the only way forward that can ensure members receive a return on the monies they have put into PIPS.

So it seems still everything can be ok.

    Default UK consultants?

I would be very surprised if the uk consultants had posted
information on any forum other than the one they are
members of, which is impossible to get into, except for
    bona-fide genuine members.

    More rumours? - who knows!

    It sounds reasonable

you are meaning only the SEED MONEY, right?

So it seems still everything can be ok.

It's actually an "extract" from a post from another forum by Rex or Robin, they also "forbid" it to be posted in any other forum due to the fact that it remains "confidential" at this time.

The "full" post (I have it saved to disc) is much longer and more detailed.

    General conclusion is good.

Hopefully people have paid special attention to the next to the last paragraph on the 8/19 update.

I realize some are hoping and trying hard to make that happen and have recruited members to help them do it, but if it does we will know who to thank for screwing it all up for everyone involved, especially since there is a way forward.

    Default Restructure

Yes Adron there is "hope", but it has really been a bumpy road this year!

I hope restructure is not just wishful thinking! We all know the importantance of not investing more than one can loose. Even though I did not I am sure there are many who have and wished they hadn't now!

The writing was on the wall, and we all knew it as we got deeper into 2005! I look forward to Bryan puting together a team that can fill the holes in this ship that has begun to sink!

    Just another investor!
