From my perspective, it seems that it is finally time to take the program private. Had this been done a long time ago I think we could have avoided alot of these problems, but of course that is not the issue at this point.
If enough people respond to this thread, perhaps we can get Bryan to address this in his next update. I really feel this is the only way to finally get the world to leave us alone.

I think it best to leave Bryan to do what he needs to do. You are certainly entitled to your opinion. At the end of the day, that is all it is, an opinion.
Showing support or non support is not going to sway with Bryan.
Lets leave ALL management to Bryan he doesn't need back seat management like this.

denim,
The purpose of this post is to try and get Bryan to address the issue in his next update. Of course I am not trying to sway his decision and know that that type of thing doesn't work with Bryan.
Now, again, I ask that anyone who wants to see this addressed please reply here to show your support.

Tradewinds, I couldn't agree more! In fact was just thinking that in the shower this morning! Denim, this would keep the greedy a**h***s out and let all of us with good intentions for ourselves and others, 'in".

And how do you propose members get screened for entry? Some of the worst troublemakers have an account.

An interesting question tradewins!....and I guess Bryan has learned a lot since he launched PIPS, 5ytp, 3% program (proposal), plus all the other programs and investments that were not sustainable!
Hopefully next time he will build a strong and professional management with financial investment experience!...no program will survive otherwise!....and if you are asking for opinions, that would be my only contribution to your thread.

Right or wrong Bryan does not have a good reputation for listening to advice.

jim67,
By private I mean no further members will be allowed to join, and all activities within the group become invisible to the outside world.
Of course we have to remember WHY Bryan resisted going private this entire time. He wants to help everyone who comes to PIPS looking for help. The only problem is that if we remain open to new members, the accusations of ponzi will continue, and outside forces will be given further ammunition in their battle to shut down the program.
So really the only way anyone can benefit from PIPS is to shut down to new members. We can help in other ways.
