What exactly is meant by "Clean PiPay"???

I have seen it mentioned a few places,
and after searching I still cannot come up with the meaning of "Clean PicPay".

Can someone please explain it to me?

Means Picpay funds that were gotten fraudualantly..Here is how the fraud worked prior to Picpay closing the picpay to picpay account transfer function:

Person would open a picpay account, fund it by using a credit card..Then would open yet another picpay account, transfer the funds from the first account to the second account(sometimes doing this multiple number of times), then a few months will pass after all the shuffling of the picpay from account to account, and funding of a PIPS account, then the person would request(and get) a chargeback or reversal of charges off their credit card. So then Picpay would have to repay the funds to the credit card processor and be out that amount of money..Meanwhile that person would then be pulling ROL off those 'bad' picpay in his PIPS account and be selling his picpay to other users to fund their picpay acounts..Since they closed the picpay to picpay account transfer and audited all the accounts there SHOULD not be any "dirty" Picpay in the system.

Charge backs wasn't the main issue, picpay was hacked serveral times, spoof payments into the system, as well as charge backs.
There's even some guy selling the entire pips database and software out there too.

Today i got a refund to my picpay account.
It was from an order I placed by a merchant.
So they put it back in my picpay.

So there are persons working at picpay.

It is no difference at all. Because picpay is blocked i can not tp my money.
So its still blocked
