TQ Chris, your prayers and thoughts are certainly a welcome to him and beloved family he holds dear. As I mentioned on his behalf for the moment until he is wel & fit to respond on his own, I can only thank all on his behalf.
Even staying away from the phone and touching the handset without before and after disinfecting it for & from his own family is a dreaded experience to go through.
He fortunately managed to regain for somewhile in his bed and room to deliver the coverage and which I can assure HDGers... its soon mailed to you all after I have completed the listing and all the time consuming work that goes along with it.
I will also add the following, its like a "compassionate-coverage mail" to many more that will receive this, next to the HDGers.... Its a one time breaking news that still has to be followed up with the next session. (I'm still working on the long list on the emails at the moment, so bear with me incl. ALL the HDGers.)
There are 3 categories that makes up the the list we have encountered since the beginning of the Donation collection. You may find yourself in one of the respective categories and will be receiving the following information as well.:-
Non HDG/RC forum listedYou are either unlisted or have since terminated membership in the RC Forum, a non (nor ex-) HDGer or you had once donated and was never ever subscribed to the forum. However, you may still want to know the eventual outcome to decide what course of measures or finally wish to confirm for yrself with a possible final closure on the next Trial sitting which will determine the case on The Marsdens.Expired HDGerYou were once a listed HDGer in the RC Forum. However, you may still want to know the eventual outcome to decide what course of measures or finally wish to confirm for yrself with a possible final closure on the next Trial sitting which will determine the case on The Marsdens. My plea is to send this hint to all who will miss out the all important coverage...yet to come:-Valid HDGerYou are still listed as a valid HDGer in the RC Forum. However, you may still want to donate resulting from the outcome of the trial to the next and possibly if not probably, the last Court Trial sitting which will determine the case on The Marsdens. Donations as gesture of support remains open as funds will also be set aside to cover as compensation costs that Batty has now incurred with the Mexican Flu after having contracted from the recent court case he covered on.
Donations be transferred to>: [email protected] (a verified Business PayPal acct)
Miss it, unlike those who are valid recipients in the HDG List, and you will not have the chance to hear & receive anymore should you not show your support and gratitude on Batty's efforts thus far and the toll he now sustain to bring you and us ALL the final days coverage of the Trial's closure.
All donations are welcome and a minimum (see/click HERE) stipulated earlier in many earlier posts remains unchange, to cover & compensate the costs Batty literally was, IS and still faces as we read this latest developments.

Many thanks Batty. I know you stepped up for this coverage
without hestitation, and excellent it has been my friend, despite
your own personal problems. We all appreciated and respect the
time, effort and sacrifice you have made on our behalf. Thanks again
mate.
As to the latest news, I,m not surprised. Three years plus banged up,
with living conditions we can only guess at, I wonder if the Welsh
stubborness overwelmed reason when bluff finally had to show the dealt
cards. We wll never know, only a sad fact that the PIPs saga dragged on for
so long behind closed doors.

Thanks to the many prompt confirmed acknowledgments and I selected one as quoted here being a standout>>
Excellent work by Batty if a bit of an anti-climax. We want to see it to the end and will do all we can to help.
I honestly can't predict how long it will drag on...
If it does and goes beyond the Malaysian borders, we have to wait and see how that develops.
For one thing I can ponder curiously is the fact that Sharon will still have to stay back and probably face the other less minor charges brought against her, and I suspect too, its from an ex-Pipster who was confided to take-over or purchase the Kindergarten operations perhaps as a deal/exchange involving the PicPay $$$s arrangement???
As for Bryan's arrangement to go for a "Guilty" plea, was this result led from some arrangement or compromise suggested by Defense Lawyers to concede and perhaps see the better light of the day being released instead as opposed to staying on borrowed time within prison walls? The one thing that will also bother many, in and outside Malaysia is the State's confiscation of whatebver that is and can be confiscated from the Marsdens... this then opens to wounds some may not easily want to heal... not before the $$$s can if ever, be "collected" once bBryan walks freely....
Can anyone see a potential departure this easily should he walk out a FREE man after the next imminent court sitting scheduled VERY soon???
Yes, I am informed by Batty on the scheduled date and I shall be cautious on disclosing it here or to anyone just yet. I won't for the moment for good reasons to support it. Valid HDG listed members will however, get to know soon.
The next batch of recipients (expired HDGers) will be processed for the mailing today, this is for those (following this thread and U R an expired HDGer) who will I hope, appreciate what has been done and achieved and at the unfortunate expense of seeing what Batty had to undergo - past, present and perhaps a little more to come B4 its finally over, that this privileged Trial coverage will be shared with them too but it will be for the last time unless we have their support continued, simply to prove their gratitude and understanding and a donation, both to cover the next trial, which may be the final and deciding one, as well as to help compensate with a donation to see Batty through with his current medical consequence resulting from acting on all our behalf at a location that is not so safe after all from the pandemic flu still hovering that region.

PIPS PIPS PIPS Bryan Marsden case
Interesting,
After all this time, I cannot even begin to imagine if it will ever be known where the money will is or where it went. I doubt anyone at this point will see anything, but if Marsden ever gets out, I bet more than a few will be watching his every move. lol
Success to all, Mike

If Bryan going to plead guilty he will likely to get 3-5 years jail. So most probably he will walk out as a FREE man after the judgement because in Malaysia's law it's allow for 1/3 reduction for good behaviour. What happen to all his frozen monies and properties? It will be confiscated by the Malaysia Goverment.
If he is not willing to plead guilty and he has no money for his bill, he and his wife will be in prison for easily another 2-5 years. He has no choice, plead guilty will FREE him and his immediately.

He has pleaded guilty albeit by his own accord or through the insistance of his lawyers who are more than likely to see the sanity served for all involved ie. the Judge, both sides of the counselling bench and surely, with the monies safely resting in the State's koffer, he is left with the one and only sane thought, the GUILTY plea is no more an option left then.
Question is... does Bryan truly feel guilty after all?
How would you fathom his mind after seeing and reading what the other BM (Bernard Madoff) admitted and wanted to show repentance?
How will those ex-Pipsters, who stood firmly behind Bryan all these while, absorb this? Will they now be eager to know just as much to the truth?
