Thank you Kosmea and Globalweb for your support and donation to the initiative undertaken and will continue to remain until we ALL GET the answers we deserve, not that we should have it or be informed, we will source the answers that were restricted from us, both by the "defendants", during their freedom with the collected loans gathered, but now being in the dock, we have to rely on the next most credible source, the Court hearings and the eventual verdict (help us all WHEN that day will ever draw closer... ) that will be handed down according to Malaysian Justice, not that many will agree the way it is currently pursued, but nonetheless, the Marsdens chose a most befitting country to try out their potluck on setting up an elusive operation behind a questionable legal system that was perhaps sleeping at that time....back then!!!

When we receive and review the trial feedback our Anchor man, thebat$ is assigned to cover, we shall enlighten you with the good or bad news....for your donating support given...YOU and those you donated on their behalf with donations, don't deserve any lesser as we all are in with you too!

We are also fully aware, there are those out there, among the membership, that would like to be and preferably, with other Forums on their claims to original news gathered by their own sources (preposterously claimed by them to be legitimate) ...somehow, these other group mingling among us all, we have to be sure that they do not steal our fact-finding initiative for later scamming the many thousand unaware members of their unfounded efforts based on our expenses...YOURS i.e. that put up with the donations to make it possible!

When you get to hear and receive it from ROLClub, please share ONLY with those that you trust and whom you consider deserving and that others who may be potential "carriers", for other forums that lifts no finger to support our initiative, should be denied and not be allowed to go on claiming they provided you the findings.... support us and with your patience too for what you believed in, when you instead supported us with your donations, a choice you knew was wise and will be respected too!!!

YB: Would it be easier to just have a thread called PIPS Trial? Might make it easier for people to access, and it would only deal with information from the trial of yesterday and today, and the other dates going forward. Just a thought and suggestion.

Is the trial still on for the 10th and 11th of Sept? If so, we need to have daily up-dates on what is happening. A specific thread would be very helpful.

I totally agrees with Lynnre and Boborowe we do have to have especial threads to cover the trial. You guys have done a great job with the forum making it look a lot more professional, but sorry to say that you have done the fact finding threads more messier and its hard to keep up. And since it is now the 11th and still no word from the trial or the Bat, hasnt it started, is it postponed, what happened????

Please just take this as constructional critisism i think you guys are doing the greatest job.

Thank you Lynn for your tip and yes, it will ease up and allow a specific handling for a new thread as suggested to focus primarily on the trial developments.

When we finally secure the information received from thebat$, we shall release it to all concerned having supported the initiative.

Yes, you are welcome to donate your support and click HERE for this link will show you WHICH PayPal acct address to use.

In my signature field there is the same link named: Donate Fact-Finding Fund Thread where you can easily access to see your donation confirmed.

Farfarer, please check again as your donation has so far not shown unlike two others who did within the last 3 hours.
I had three other cases that misspelled the email addy of the PayPal account which then went somewhere else, something I cannot do anything to retrieve...so please check and eventually, contact PayPal to help.

I will add you to the Fund List once your kind donation is received.
