I just want to make things very clear to everyone. The below site
http://www.thehyipforum.com/showthre...ge=3&pp=10
posted by Owen is not true. I have contacted Bank Negara myself this very morning and spoke to them. No such report made and no such incidents. It was so happened that the person I spoke to heard of PIPS and assures me that this is rumours.
I just want everybody to know. All the rumours or negativity on PIPS are untrue. I'm sure all of you will be relief after reading this.
Bank Negara working closely with SEC Malaysia to monitor PIPS for many months already and they founf nothing! Absolutely nothing negative about PIPS. I was on the line with that person for almost 2 hours and I have directed that person to certain sites to visit the remark made by some *****s out there.
That person said it was not true. Even untill today they are still monitoring PIPS even PIPS's account.
NO WAY PIPS is a SCAM and there will be NO WAY Bryan not paying.
I'm sorry, I can't name the person I spoke to. I do not want everybody to call that person as this will cause trouble to that person. However, you may go ahead and speak to Bank Negara or send them an email. They will tell you more.
If some of you don't believe me then is time for you to re-think. I have nothing to against anyone or lied to anyone of you. Alsenor & rich kid if you want to comment about me GO AHEAD. Because that will make you better!
I will come back on tuesday with more news from PIPS.
Do take care and have a good weekend ahead! :)

Simple, if some of you don't believe me then go and get your real info. This will make all these people to stop speculating and stop listening to rumours...

BRAVO, nelsonlee!!
"Even untill today they are still monitoring PIPS even PIPS's account. "
Does that mean PIPS has a securities a/c? If so, that means PIPS is actually involved in trades.

I would suggest that not everybody calls the Bank Negara, thought. That kind of thing has caused problems in the past.

It really shouldn't come as a surprise that Owen Platt's post was a fabrication.

Actually, if you re-read Owen's post, it says "Received by the Central Bank of Malaysia today" or something to that effect, which means of course nothing.
He is trying to make it look as if it was a directive made by the bank, which of course it is not.
He's a sly one isn't he? Which only makes me distrust HIM, not BM and PIPS.
This letter apprently came from a "group" in London, but of course the "group" is not specifically named by him, but again he tries to make it seem as if they are a "legal firm" or the SEC or something, which they probably are not. It's more likely a group of disgruntled members, sending a letter to the bank claiming illegal activities on PIPS and PicPay's part, trying to get some action.
Owen's post was a deliberate attempt to deceive people into thinking the "authorities" are after PIPS.
He's a liar.
