They only have 2 or 3 people answering the phone - that is the problem. We are BEGGING Bryan to fix the problem and employ more people.

I had the exact same problem :( I was able to get into my account and then I kept getting the username and pasword error message. I've sent tickets and have been ringing for the past few days. Today I decided to reset my pin because someone had posted about doing this and then being able to log into their account. And guess what :?: I can log into my account again :!: :) :D :o . The ticket system has not been fixed yet. I've opened about 6 tickets, but I'm seeing only 2 of mine and the rest of them are from other members.
Unlike your case, reset pin/reset password options didn't work for me. So I called the support. After several tries, I've received a new pin/pass from the support. :D

I kept recieving error:
"Login failed. Username/password not found."
I have a special character in my password.
After a week and a half , and over 500 calls, I finally got through to pips.
I recieved a new password.
Login with new password and:
"Login failed. Username/password not found".
