Some folks nomatter what you say to calm them down they quickly shut you up and make louder only their cry baby voices.
I wonder how they could even think to try to invest in the first place with their current mentality.

YES Brian has no reason not to send updates but do you even know what keeps him from not to? In my humble opinion he wants to be 100% sure of any promises he sends this time, can't you wait till he says something?
I have never been a cheer leader nor do I post often but we are adults and those legal suit statements are rediculus to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Spare your energy for tommorrow because I am sure SAME legal suit fans will regret their bad mouthing when situation improves.
