It's great seeing those of you enjoying having your laughs at others expense. Thanks to you all.

Looks like we could just let everything run its course and see what happens. The constant slamming of Bryan, Sharon and the direct postings to seemingly upset the ones who still hold out hope offers no help in bringing a close to this turmoil that is PIPS.

And whats further disturbing is the moderators who seem to be right at the top of these type post. While I hold nothing against anyone, no matter which side of the fence they fall on regarding PIPS, I just see no reason for the constant harassing that has occured in recent months.

While ROL has seemingly turned from a pro-PIPS to an Anti-PIPS forum, there are still some who frequent the board and were drawn here because of the support of PIPS that Marek offered to members of the program back when ROL was born. It seems so detrimental to now throw barbs at those members everyday with the attack on the Marsdens and anyone else that still holds out hope for a positive out come.

No matter if ones dreams still include the rise from the ashes of PIPS or not......ROL and the ones who have accepted the positions of moderating our forum could certainly go along way in promoting to all that strength can be found and gained even when moving through the hardships of life and in specific PIPS or any other program that one might have sank their dreams into. I ask that all look within their heart and soul and find the need to offer support to all, not just to those that share the same sentiment.

I was speaking about Bryan Marsden and I have no respect for him at all. What is there to respect about him?
He is a scammer......always has been, always will be. If you are going to delete my post then I respectfully request that you remove all of the ra ra cheerleader posts as well. Lets run the forum fairly or dont run it all!

You may think it unfair to upset those who still have hope? But it is also unfair to try and offer false hope when all the logical evidence suggests there is none.

As for laughing, it is a human nature to cover up one's hurt with laughter sometimes. It helps ease the pain of the lost money and the broken dreams.

It is my opinion that neither those who believe completely in a favorable outcome or those who believe completely in PIPS demise and that members were scammed intentially will waver from their respective positions.

However, I just see no good that can come out of the constant barbs thrown from one side at the other. Neither side will have their day (when it is finally confirmed) until the legal forces of Malaysia and God only knows whoelse turns the Marsden's and PIPS inside out and upside down and concludes one way or another if there were acually wrong doings or not.

Personally, I would just like to see a cease fire in the constant war of words between the two sides. I do think that there are some still holding middle ground and awaiting to see how all of this shakes out.

I have no wish to battle with you or anyone else over this....I just decided to state my opinion about the *war of words* that has been ongoing now for too long. There is no doubt that the anti crowd have superior numbers here, and have definatly been very verbal in a somewhat taunting manner towards those few who seem to just as pasionatly believe in a bright future for PIPS.

Other than now being a mostly reading member of ROL, I have no more right to demand or even believe that any favorable action towards the cease fire will ever take place, but its nice to be able to air my opinion and hope that a better forum can be achieved by those who might lay aside their words aimed to enrage others, no matter which side the target!

Bryan and Sharon have earned it, they have been charged with over 100 FELONIES, most are pissed that is all he's charged with because if what has been alleged is true then he should be charged with a hell of alot more.
There is BILLIONS missing from the Pips investment, actually there has been no sign of any investment actually happening...there is also been no mention of Bryan's promised INSURANCE on the principal, remember that one? People would of been paid already if this LIE were true
Bryan was arrested and found with assets in the 17 million dollar range which is about right if he was running a ponzi.( not investing just collecting ) And is currently charged with fraudulently transferring millions upon millions of PIC PAY monies to his and Sharon's own personal accounts. This all the while he was not honoring withdrawals to the actual account holders.

To clear himself Bryan would have to
1: show he had 5-6 billion in a working investment making 1.8 % per day.
2: he would need to show he has that 100 million insurance policy
3: produce 2-300 million in gold to cover his Pic pay liabilities
4: prove that the millions upon millions he was transferring to himself was not fraudulent
I do not believe ANY of these thing will happen, therefor I believe there is NO HOPE of any type of positive outcome so get on with it and get on with life make your decisions appropriately.

I also believe that many of you PRO Pips or Bryan types kept this ponzi going longer than it should have because YOU WANTED to believe no matter what the known facts were. You'll never be arrested or charged with a crime but really are as guilty in my book as Bryan causing many to believe in PIPS and still invest long after it was actually dead.

Your money, my money, all our monies are gone, let us now pray for JUSTICE...

I am neither Pro or Anti but have decided to land in the middle and wait for an outcome.
I do not appreciate you assuming that I am a "Pro Pips or Bryan type" and accusing me of being guilty of doing anything in this dreadful saga.

My nic in here is the one I signed up with back when I first joined ROL. Back when the forum was made up mostly of Pro PIPS members. As I said, I now am mostly a reading member and choose to await the completed outcome of the story.

Also, I have always tried to remain nuetral towards anyone charged with anything until proven guilty in a court of law, regardless of what the seemingly *known facts* are.

I accept your opinion on the matter of PIPS and Bryan, as that is your right....
