Interesting idea - BM will be forced in court to explain all money movements. Whilst merely under investigation he presumably is not under any legal pressure to actually do that.

Might take a bit of explaining - especially as the prosecution have all the records!

Yea...I can imagine Bryan on the hot seat fumbling for answers like Jim Belushi in Blues Brothers where he's b.s'in his ex-Fiancé about why he didn't show up for the wedding. It wouldn't surprise me, though, if this "mention" turns out to be nothing but to "mention" a new date for yet another "mention."

Thelema - I suspect you might be right. I don't think the prosecution will be in any hurry and Bank Negara are still investigating Pips. They'll be happy to take their time to prepare a case. Meanwhile, the suspects are under lock and key and fifty plus charges are going to take some arguing.

HE was BOTH, the GIVER as well as the RECIPRIENT, so how do you answer this? There is no other who must also be charged, they have both the crooks dead to rights, and no matter what you hope or pray for, he is not going to be found innocent, and you can take that to the bank.

    Good luck to all, Mike
This is what I call common sense. Thanks Offshore-Wealth for intelligent post.

    Talking Positive and encouraging posts???

Nice to see that we pipsters can have a part of one thread to post about positive support for a "still innocent" man and his wife.

Yogi thanks for replacing "cleared" with "innocent" as you are right he is still innocent... but as for the allowing the negative venting in this thread... well I guess I can't expect impartiality from everyone even if their role is supposed to be "impartial" including the BNM.

I hope you all don't hang yourselves because of the guilt when we find the charges are trumped up and have no grounds after all.

It really is something to see the incredible effort the destructive forces put into discrediting a person who at present is only suspected by BNM (who may not be impatial either... given the influence of Governments trying to stop people moving personal money into investments offshore).

Judged and looking for a hanging before the jury is even seated and any evidence is heard is as bad as any supporter of Bryan could be even if he was a scammer.

Remember... most civilized nations believe 10 guilty people should go free before 1 innocent person is wrongfully found guilty. I guess greed effects people in many ways.

Maybe it is just a reaction from those who cannot read "do not invest more than you can afford". If ""you"" over invested it is not Bryan's fault. If you are suffering from money frozen in pips case it is YOUR OWN FAULT not Bryan or BNM as they are just doing their best, so accept your responsible for what you invest anywhere even if its in Enron.

I wish for the return of pips so all can profit.

Glad this group of negative people are not my peers

To those posting positive best of all to you.

I think the above quote is more aptly suited. Yes, rather 10 guilty men go free than let one innocent man hang. But I just want to ask this. Do you really believe the "Do not invest more than you can afford" line? How much did you invest? Was it all you can afford? Did you let it roll?

Do you know how many people couldn't afford at all yet invested in PIPS? He took their last cent. What about these people? There is no action without reaction, is that right? Can't light a match without striking it and can't have fire without a flame first. What was the catalyst? For some it was friends testimony, BM's own promises and for me a overzealous relative. Who by the way, sponsored me in.

First with PIPS then with HaLotto and then thru deception 10x5. Guilty or otherwise, as you say it is for the courts to decide but innocent? Hardly.
So don't go civillised nation on us. If he was "innocent and civil and decent" he would have :-

    1. Stopped accepting deposits when he couldn't pay out.
    2. Giving us excuses, calling us ungrateful and greedy.
    3. He would have kept in touch.
    4. Start another program under false pretenses.
    5. Shifting blame of his shortcomings and failures.

Need I list more of his virtues? But since this is a "positive" thread. I really hope BM are found not guilty. I really do because innocent you sure heck ain't.

well, Bat$, I was about to say the same thing, but you beat me to it especially #1, BM was really crazy to keep on accepting new funds while couldn't pay existing members for nearly a whole year, what made him think he wouldn't get into trouble by doing that?

and when innocent members asking for where their money were, they got called trolls and trouble makers, even the CEO did that with foul language once in a while, well, what the word troll got to do with serious businesses anyway? it was created by a bunch of narrow minded cheerleaders, who are all pathological liars in my opinion.

I am glad when I was a supportive member, a clueless one now I am thinking back, I never insulted anyone, especially never used the word troll to describe people.

to me, Bryan Mardsen is deserved to be mocked in a big way for what he over-promised us.

well, since for some people who still believe they will one day profit from Pips, then I have to agree greed does effect people in many many ways

"do not invest more than you can afford"

    Thats fair enough,but what about

"Members funds are secured and backed by gold in our storage facilities in Australia "?

Strange how this statement on picpay is never included when the famous "do not invest" is mentioned.
