Everyone can have their own opinion and some people like to thrust
their opinion on other people, sometimes even I am guilty of doing
that. But what it boils down to is how you feel in your heart. Of course
there is bad news, there is some uplifting news. Some recommend
yanking all the ROL you can. Don't do it because you are told to. Do
it only if you think that it is right for you. There is two schools of
thought.

1. You get your returns and then some now, which may hurt you in the future if things get rolling.

2. You hurt PIPS but causing a run on the system. Imagine the amount of processing going on now. THis happened to the banks in the depression. Everyone trying to get money and eventually banks shut down. It was
a panic reaction by bank members / customers.

Think before your knee jerk reaction.

The difference is that in the depression, banks did not cover their liabilities because hey everything was going so well. The stock market was paying 10 to 20 times the profit on each share and it cause a great imbalance in the banking system amoungst other things.

It should not matter if you get all your money out of PIPS in a short amount of time if the system is healthy(enough money to meet your engagement)
