Dreaming is not a bad thing, and fortunately it is cheap as well!

Bryan is an exceptionally shrewd and clever person, and he knew the art of SELLING a dream that too many people would buy into, "THE DREAM" of making the poor people get-rich-fast!....
His other mantra was the donation jippo!....again easy to sell and so cleverly orchestrated.

He made a very very few people (like zag and hzchoice2) happy!...but the majority of the members were cheated and lost their hard earned money!...a very sad experience!

I have to totally agree with you. I was one of those fools that lost a lot of VERY HARD earned money (Lots of overtime) that I really need now. God How I wish I could go back in time.

    Unhappy Time heals all wounds

We might get over the fact that we lost the money. We might live with the fact that our friends or relatives might not talk to us again (who brought who). But time cannot heal the gaping hole in a family's nest egg or the glaring zero in the bank account. If we were poor then, we're twice as poor now.

Hard earned blood and sweat money, some even went to the extent of borrowing money..... Would have, could have, should have and must have....

    1. Would have use the money to pay off the debts.... instead of PIPS
    2. Could have at least bought something useful ..... instead of numbers on the screen
    3. Should have withdrawn much earlier ..... instead of aiming for millions..
    4. Must have been... OUTA MY MIND..LOCO...SIAO...GILA...

Anyway, time to go to work. Pick up the pieces. Wait for the trial. Wait for the judgement. Wait for the settlement.

To quote BM, "I have lost everything."
Well so have we, so have we.

    Default friends and contacts made

i met a lot of great people because of Pips and Bryan, and for that i will always be grateful. Along with the great friends that i've made are also valuable business contacts that i've met because of Pips and Bryan, too!

No one will ever convince me that Bryan is a crook. I saw him bail us out too many times to ever think that. I believe this fits my feelings. I hope some of this money finds its way back to the owners.

The most negative impact PIPS had on me was the aggravation created by Bryan’s silence in the times when he was due updates.

Even if PIPS was to continue, I don’t think it would worth the trouble of making money versus of being abused by Bryan’s inconsiderate attitude.

100% agree with you - even though I havn't had anything myself. I do know some of the history. I think there is more to this than meets the eye, and Bryan is being made an example through possibly his buisiness nievity which he so often showed as well has his blatent stubourness and blind trust of those around him.

PIPS and Bryan introduced me to some really lovely people; to daring to believe that dreams could come true; to trusting after the debacle that was GWPI.

Unfortunately, I have also been introduced to nayslayers, vitriolic voices and those who jumped on what they saw as a gravy train only to be the first complainers when things started to go wrong.

I am horrified by some of the things that have been said and by whom they have been said. The lesson I have learned is that there are good people in this world and then there are the downright unpleasant and there is a stronger element of the latter posting in ROLCLUB at the moment, for which I blame the moderators and to some extent Marek.

The mistake I made was investing too much of my small capital in GWPI. It was my fault - no-one else was to blame. I was relieved and greatful to Bryan for introducing PIPS and thereby allowed me to have an investment after GWPI failed. He did not need to rescue those in GWPI, but he did - at goodness knows what financial cost.

The lesson is do not be greedy. Love everyone as you would wish to be loved yourself. Do not harm anyone in a way you would not wish to be harmed yourself.
