I found the following post in a yahoo finance forum:

The site went down yesterday. sosa mentioned that 3 hyips went down
because of SI, it is rumored that vip was one of the three. the rumor
around the water hole is that SI took care of those three first, even
above the VIP VIP's.
the downing of the site might have implications that they are
adjusting since they have been down for a month (also).

speculation leads me to believe or should i say opinionate several
things:

1. I have reports of people paid in my group along with moxxxxxl has
seperate sources reporting the same. I have now confirmed 4 different
sources that have recieved payment.

2. VIPinv is doing their process similair to SI, of getting their site
back up which will give you a second alternative to making money over
and above SI. It could take about 1/2 the time since they have 1/10th
the investor base.

3. more proof that payments have being made. (hint: escrow might be
finished, another rumor)

I do recall it took me one week to get funds from the exchanger to
egold, not once but several times. I have dealt with bank wires for
10+ years and that is a pain in the petooty doing ONE. let alone
20,000 MANUALLY.

let me end on this note, I am very annoyed with the PM's that I
recieved from people I DO NOT KNOW, demanding information, talking
about how their onions are going to fall off if they do not get paid
in the next day or so. If I do know you, I have replied. Let me make
it clear, that I am under no obligation to say anything, and I cannot
even tell you half of what I know. I do it to calm the nerves if that
is even possible. since i already know this post will end up on
pingmans board, which is fine, I dont want it on sosaheres board.

On people asking for screen shots.. I would NOT give anyone a screen shot of any payment that I receive from anyone. People asking for a screen shot do NOT know what they are asking.. It is very unhealthy to give that kind of information to anyone other than your accountant..
I may receive ten dollars,, one hundred dollars or a million dollars,, that is MY business and NO ONE ELSE'S.. nuf said

Right-on nerraw!! I for one, would never show a screen-shot of my account or pay-out in a public forum or any other public-accessable place!! The thought of doing so, for me, simply is frightening.

But the worst thing is for other people to hound a person to display a screen-shot of their very private information for anybody to see! How insensitive can people be - I know, it's a stupid question, but it really does make one wonder, doesn't it??

What do you know about the court orders that have been issued to e-gold
to freeze accounts of SI, VIP and W2U by Michael Bruzzese and partners?
He has now set his sights on real-fund that had been paying investors for
over a year now. I was in profit with over 200 more days in my investment.

I had a small test spend in VIP and hope they come back.

Hope everyone can come back.

Re: Court Orders. I could not confirm any court orders to "freeze" SI, VIP and W2U e-currency accounts. Because of the jurisdiction issue, I do not think that any US court orders will be enforced against SI, VIP and W2U account at E-Gold which is not registered in US. Re: E-Bullion, I understand that SI has been cleared and some VIP members have been paid via E-Bullion.
