since 1998. Our company formation date is: December 2004, and as you
may look at WHOIS of JungleVentures.com it says that they created domain
at 31 Jan 2005 and scammed people from our name. We are now using PDF
format and URL for our COI.

We have already contacted FBI and legal authorities. Seems like it's
Russian scammers.
