I spoke at length with Brian again today. He will be posting an update in the Admin Section at the top of this forum by tomorrow evening his time EST.

Points to be covered = Backoffice News

There will be a 2 day downtime with the backoffice as well as the FantasticPay Website itself. This is because we will be migrating the entire program software to our own New Dedicated Server. We will have it all to ourselves.

Also we will have our own Support ticket contact section as this will also make it more streamlined for us and you to correct and help things more efficiently and in a timely manner.

SafePay has informed us that many of the Canadian members that use www.cogeco.ca for their email are having emails blocked that come from SafePay. Safepay has contacted them about this with no response. So those people who use that email will have to contact them to take SafePay off that blocked list. Better yet just get a www.safe-mail.net account and use that . Also many emails that Brian recieves and sends are not going through and in some cases have been returned. So we have been answering folks emails , but for whatever reason they get bumped back to us. Hence the new support ticket will eliminate that for us as our new dedicated server will be able to handle that.

One of the things that has been decided already and Brian will explain this, they will be migrating only the paid members to the new backoffice software. Your usernames will stay the same , but your ID#s will change to new ones. The non paid members in the program will have to resignup if they want to be in the program. They will have to sign up under their present sponsor if they can and you can assist this. A link to the old backoffice software will be around for a few months for you to login and research your own people. Many have signed up recently and it seems as if the latter signups have the most problems with all those glitches , so it will benefit them anyway to signup , upgrade and invest through the new backoffice anyway. This is the only and simplist way for us to do this. It might be a good idea for the moment to hold off the Advertising and referals for now. Trust me , it will save alot of headache for you and us if we don't have more problems to deal with here.

Brian needs to get this finished NOW as the need has come up to quickly create and open up a new office in the Ontario Province of Canada. He had to postpone a trip up there next week because of this software issue. The Real Estate end has done so well that the expansion is very necessary and has been bumped up from our previous announcement about early June or July for new offices. So that's a plus.

In the mean time we need all of you who understand what's going on to communicate this to your downline and to others you run across in other forums so that the transition goes smoothly.

I am a Canadian and had problems with Safe Pay Solutions. Their e-mails were blocked but it seems everything is okay now. I did speak to cogeco and they explained the problem.

I went to the bank and sent a US money order for my initial 18.00 and investment. A Canadian money order in US funds only cost me $6.00. I have spoken to Bryan since and he has received everything okay.

For Any Canadians wishing to invest this might be the simplest way.

This program looks very promising and I will be in Sudbury for a week starting September 15th and I hope to visit Bryan and the Fantastic Pay Team.
