Hello Admin,
I do not wish to have this out on the forum, but I'm am wondering if you can send this message to Bryan Marsden. I have friends that are being contacted by Gary Nichols trying to convince them to put in up to $10,000 to start a lawsuit against picpay. He is telling people it will not effect Bryan and also trying to make them think they alone can get funds from picpay if they do this. I do not want them to do this as it will cause many more delays. I tried to tell them that Bryan would tell us what to do if he wanted us to do that. I do not trust Nichols and this just doesn't sound right. He knows all the guys that made big money.

Gary has obviously gotten to the 'Desparate times call for desparate measures' part of this story.
it seems he's at the point where he can no longer afford to use caution...

I do think it's rather funny that the trolls we all know and love (just kidding) must not have enough $$$ to help poor Gary out... or maybe it's that they lack confidence in his motives....!?

The following posssibilities may be valid:

- the member who emailed Marek is just stearing up things, looking for some fun and excitement

- maybe some membere were indead contacted , but the person was not Garry, but somebody trying to make some money and pretending it's Garry

If the email would incriminate Bryan, the supporters will
assume all it's a lie. But because Garry is at fault, it's all good.

I guess i made a new BREAKING NEWS FOR THE IFF Forum now, didnt i? Oh they love me over there!

take a copy and post it
take a picture for what i care!

But that does still not change the fact that i didnt know that you had this chat with yogibrood! But what do they care. All they know is how to bash RC and blame it for all the stuff that is happening to pips! Well, i see this as totally distorted view of the reality. If they were someone big in pips once, then i have not done anything to change that. If they so well know what pips was all about, then why dont they come here and tell us all about it, so we all learn from them....

Now if some off them dont like to mingel with us "small people at RC" then why is that our problem.
Anyway i probably got alittle out of the topic here.

I was told by some people that, they think i dont act in the best interest of pips, and they will have BM to close my account in pips once it starts again for reasons i realy dont know!

Have i acted in anyway againt pips til now? Me? I think they must be mistaking me with someone else over at IFF!

There best reasoning for this is that I opend a forum against BM's wishes!
Didnt that kind of get changed when Mr.BM him self posted a few PM's to his members?

So tell me, where would all the 17.5k members that do get updates today go?
Did the IFF team, act in the best interest of the pips members? Did they even care?

They just made a forum small enough to aleart the TOP people in pips, and didnt take upon them any kind of responsibility, and yet they look down at US at RC? Later many of them got in on halotto forum as mods and treat RC members like if they'r trash! For what? coz they dont get to be the big kids on the Block anymore? Did we do anything to change that?

For what are you so negative is my question to the IFF team?
But i dont expect any answers! But sure hope they will think what BS they are creating, and the call all pipsters a big happy family, by chosing who they like and who the wont let into the family!

These people do anything for money and people that get in their way are just
considered a problem to be removed. I cannot post anything about this. Des
can post what he thinks is appropriate when he talks to someone on that end.
It's only natural that other members are involved could talk so he could
find out and say it came from that end of the country. These guys are being
very secretive. I tried to get the bank account number they were sending it
to, but they are having all the funds sent through just a couple of people.
All I could possibly get is a form to fill out for what they have in picpay
draws. Funds have to be handed over in cash to one guy here. They are
moving on this very quickly. The lawyer seems to think they can get into the
funds before BN finds them. Where there is money there is greed. They are
willing to give up 50% to lawyers just to bypass the rest of the members.
